Iranian Cleric: Inappropriately Dressed Women Cause Infidelity & Earthquakes

An earthquake waiting to happen…
An Iranian cleric told worshipers at Friday prayers that inappropriately dressed women causes infidelity which causes earthquakes.
News One India reported:
An Iranian cleric has proclaimed that inappropriately dress women leading to extramarital affairs are the resons behind the devastating earthquakes that frequently rattle the country.
Speaking to worshipped at the Friday prayers here on Apr 16, senior cleric Ayatollah Kazem Sedighi said, “Many women who dress inappropriately … cause youths to go astray, taint their chastity and incite extramarital sex in society, which increases earthquakes.”
“Calamities are the result of people’s deeds…We have no way but conform to Islam to ward off dangers,” the teligious leader is quoted as saying in newspaper reports.
And here we thought Deepak Chopra caused them?

Hey, the koran states the Earth is flat (thus the Earth IS flat, period.) There’s even a fatwa on this Earth is flat issue. What do you expect?
Screw the fact that the continents are nothing but huge plates floating around and crushing into each other, thus causing earth quakes.
Superstition works a lot better on the broad masses.
Though I wonder when the feminists in the West will scream up, because this will, of course, be used to oppress women even more. Oh wait, they don’t care. If I look after a woman and whistle, I’m sexually harassing her. But if a 10 year old girl is married to an 80 year old goat herder, then I must respect it because it’s their culture. I get it.
We should ship all those feminists to A-stan and marry them to the local population.

We should have been having earthquakes more frequently in the past based on this theory. I do believe indigenous people near the equator have gone around with scant clothing, especially the women, because of the intense heat. Remember the photos in National Geographic?

He was referring to a couple of “inappropriately dressed” women who were talking about how they had ‘felt the Earth move’. [/sarc]

Most infidels are unaware of the origin of this most sacred tenet of Islam, so I will explain. Very early on, an Iranian cleric was told by an old woman when he was a boy that if he ever looked on a naked woman, he would “turn to STONE“. One day, he saw a naked woman, and sure enough, from “deep in his loins”, he could feel it starting to happen!!!!
…from then on, for him, it was goats and sheep and camels ONLY!!!
