CBS today claimed that conservative talk radio hosts call Obama a Nazi.
Harry Smith interviewed Barack Obama this morning:

“Listening to talk radio… The kindest of terms, you are sometimes referred to out in America as a socialist. The worst of which I heard you called a Nazi.”

Hmm. When was that?
What popular conservative radio host called Obama a Nazi? I’d like to see some proof of that.

Socialist Barack Obama responded:

“Well I think that when you listen to Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck it’s pretty apparent. It’s troublesome.”

CBS posted the video:

Another lapdog interview.
It’s become impossible to differentiate the state-run media from the Democratic party.
They are one and the same.

  1. Oh my God, troublesome is when the President won’t come up with a legal birth certificate! Obama is not a legal American with even dual citizenship! Obama and cohorts, listen up..Please move to Haiti, Leave the USA America alone, we would love for you to leave and fail in Haiti, after all, you are funding them with billions of dollars with our tax dollars anyhow. There are slaves there that you can indoctrinate, so go away and leave us alone with our free America! Please, do this one thing!

  2. Headline: Barack Hussein Obama says the the First Amendment to Constitution and Freedom of Speech is “Troublesome” Must be stopped!

  3. Setup.

    Incitement.

    Trying another tipping point.

This is planned, staged and quite possibly rehearsed with words specifically selected and parsed, not some off the cuff talk……

The administration is letting conservatives and anyone else who dissents know they’re next.

…….and the ‘next’ is physical, not just eliminating 1st Amendment Rights.

    It’s coming.

  4. Do you think that Harry got a bj before or after this interview?

    Journalism is dead.
Journalists are now hookers for their “dear leader”.

  5. Again, you’ll have to round up all the fire arms first or declare marshal law. first on will be mass suicide AND local cops will not comply. Marshal law you might get some american soldiers to comply but not enough. He has not got the stons nor the ABILITY to do this. Too many bubbas in the woods. LOL Try again you petulant little terd. You do not have the will of the people nor the stones. Oh, and powder is dry.

  6. Troublesome…where have I heard that from before from a Head of State in political trouble…Oh yes “Who will rid me of this Troublesome Priest”…how did that work out anyways?

  7. Rep. Broun said Obama’s behaving like Hitler and he’s right. See for yourself here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEReb3Fd0Is

  8. Obama is inciting violence.

  9. Laying ground work for the resurrection of the Fairness Doctrine or a clone.

  10. hmm. So it goes like this:
Faux reporter says the message and the words Obama wants said so that they don’t technically come out of Obama’s mouth.
Then Obama is only quoted as nodding and agreeing, to reinforce to the followers that’s what he wants.
Sort of like money laundering to hide the source of funds -only rhetoric laundering to obscure the source of the attacks.

    Charming.

  11. I suppose it would be troublesome to a communist.

  12. Now we all know while Harry K. Smith just had his colon and sphincter checked before his big day with Obama.
That’s not an interview. It’s a public relations promotion. CBS should have to register as PAC after all the free billions of dollars worth of endorsements they’ve given Obama.

  13. Oh they’re troublesome alright.

Troublesome to an administration hell bent on ushering in socialism to our nation….and is currently succeeding.

  14. Last week AND this week Harry Smith got colonoscopies on TV–this week he was snaked by OBowMao.

Dear President OScumBag: Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck have never rendered my health insurance invalid (I have a HSA) or jacked up my taxes.

  15. If no evidence calling Obummer a Nazi, I’ll do it: “Obummer is a Nazi.” (And you can quote me, LOL!!)
    .

  16. Yes, it would be such a perfect revolution, were it not for those damn patriots.

  17. Obama has his “will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest” moment.

  18. Naaaaaa, he’s just a garden variety Nacissist.
He’ll hurt anyone around him, he’s just been elevated to a position to hurt hundreds millions
of people. RIDICULE is the key. That and one of the houses of power.

  19. The administration is letting conservatives and anyone else who dissents know they’re next.

…….and the ‘next’ is physical, not just eliminating 1st Amendment Rights.

Really? Who is going to come after us for dissenting? The police? The National Guard? ACORN? What will be the charge? Which law will we have broken?

Do you seriously think that Obama will next outlaw dissent, and your fellow Americans in law enforcement will unquestioningly enforce that blatantly unconstitutional law?

    Seriously?

  20. He probably heard it from Alex Jones, whom the media loves to paint as a mainstream conservative. Obama is troublesome. Journalists who eat out of the palm of his hand are troublesome.

  21. I’ll tell you what is “troublesome.”

Troublesome is a pResident who doesn’t listen to the people.

Troublesome is a pResident who doggedly pursues an anti-American agenda.

Troublesome is a pResident who kicks our allies and coddles our enemies.

Troublesome is a pResident who speaks out against free speech.

Troublesome is a pResident who takes over auto companies, making sure to steal money from preferred stockholders to pay off his union donors.

Troublesome is a pResident who takes over banking.

Troublesome is a pResident who takes over the student loan industry.

Troublesome is a pResident who takes over health care, bringing the state-owned portion of the economy near 50% (and that is not socialist? Maybe not. Sounds communist now).

Troublesome is a pResident who orchestrates back-room deals and/or personal destruction of those who stand in his way.

    I could go on….

  22. Does Harry Smith ever get tired of giving BJs to Democrats? Check out his pathetic interview with Al Gore too.

  23. I already used the BJ reference.
When these fools(journaliststs) see their taxes shoot to the moon, they will start complaining.
Meanwhile, they will screw the public, which they claim to care about, but have utter disdain for.

  24. “Adolf Hitler, like Barack Obama, also ruled by dictate” – Limbaugh

this quote clearly implies or infers that Obama is like Hitler and correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Hitler a “nazi?”

“This is what Hitler did with the SS.” -Beck
discussing Obama’s call for a Civilian National Security Force.

and again, this quote clearly implies or infers that Obama is like Hitler and therefore “nazi” like.

You said “I’d like to see some proof of that.” I’d say that this is more than enough but I’m certain you and your readers will most certainly disagree. You can be as “antisemantic” as you wanna’ be but their inference here is clear.

  25. When is this idiot going to have a news conference with news reporters asking him tough questions? A real president does this time to time. This administration is a joke!

  26. Imagine that! Ian Christopher taking quotes out of context.
    ==============================
    Nere’s what Rush said:
RUSH: By the way, to illustrate what a bunch of radical, environmentalist wacko insaniacs the Nazis were, I just sent Koko Web links we’re going to put on RushLimbaugh.com where you’ll be able to see it. It’s too lengthy to read. But they were environmentalist wackos out the wazoo. Isn’t it fascinating? No one can have an honest disagreement with the statists, nobody can have an honest disagreement with Barack Obama or Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi. If you disagree, you are a Nazi, you’re a racist, you’re Hitler or something similar.

    BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Ms. Pelosi, you asked for this. Here you go. Adolf Hitler, like Barack Obama, also ruled by dictate. His cabinet only met once, one day. That was it. Hitler said he didn’t need to meet with his cabinet. He represented the will of the people. He was called The Messiah. He said the people spoke through him. Do you know what the very first law that Hitler ordained was? The very first law was a law declaring how to cook lobsters. They were to be boiled. That was deemed to be the least painful. The law was sent around to all the restaurants. Now, does this sound like something any conservative president has ever done or does it sound like the things that liberals are doing all over this country? The links to show you just how off-the-wall radical environmentalist the Nazis were are posted now at the top of RushLimbaugh.com. Okay, Ms. Pelosi. You say you see swastikas? Well, when it comes to it, you look much more like one than any of us ever will.

You can find the rest of the transcript here:

    —————————————————-
I didn’t bother researching the Beck quote. Ian the troll, you have no credibility.

  27. He’s a victim, folks. “(Don’t look at me)– I’m surrounded by bad guys!”

It’s how he started his campaign. Remember Michelle, “He’s a black man. He could get shot going to the gas station.”

He wants your sympathy now, not the disgust he so richly deserves.

Kenny’s right. Everything’s staged; everybody’s got a script. No self-respecting person would play along.

  28. When W was hounded and attacked by critics and protesters he always said,”This is what makes this great country so great, the right to express your own beliefs is why this is a fabulous country”

you never here obozo say that about our country. He is defintely a cry baby.

  29. Jim, I read that as “it’s troublesome when you listen to Beck & Limbaugh,” not “Beck & Limbaugh are troublesome.” We’re the obstacle in that sentence.

  30. Chisum,

By posting the entire “spiel” you neither contradict nor repudiate anything I’ve said. Limbaugh’s quote, in “context” or without, STILL implies or infers that Obama is like Hitler. So, stop being “antisemantic” and stop “smearing” me or are you “against free speech?” Incredibly, you say I lack credibility when it is you that is merely incredulous.

  31. I think Obama would say the same thing about Tea Partiers, The Republicans, Seniors, Israel, Private Industry and The Insurance Companies. Obama’s criteria for being troublesome is not to agree with him.

  32. What is troublesome is Obama does not have to provide proof of his eligibility. Obama just seals all his life’s past, his minions ridicule anyone who ask for his proof of his eligibility with the name ‘birthers’, and everyone is too afraid to look like a fool. Actually that isn’t troublesome, that is insane.

    5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.” Tactic of Alinksy

    http://www.crossroad.to/Quotes/communism/alinsky.htm

  33. Ian,

I’ll let our more intelligent posters read Rush’s transcript and decide for themselves. Instead of relying on one sentence out of an entire monologue.

So, stop being “antisemantic” and stop “smearing” me or are you “against free speech?” Incredibly, you say I lack credibility when it is you that is merely incredulous.

Forgive me, but are you retarded?

  34. Limbaugh’s quote, in “context” or without, STILL implies or infers that Obama is like Hitler.

Really? Way to square that circle!

  35. One counters ridicule with the truth, which in of itself shows those who ridicule to be the ridiculous.

  36. Ian— Take a hike Chisum pawned you, you have no credibility. Go somewhere where you can run your slime and not be pawned.

  37. Very troublesome. That anyone would criticize the President. Using words like “socialist,” yet.

    Very troublesome.

    Yeah.

We’d probably better do something about it.

  38. “Listening to talk radio… The kindest of terms, you are sometimes referred to out in America as a socialist. The worst of which I heard you called a Nazi.”

Nazi … Nationalist-Socialist… I can see Obama being a soft sort of ‘spread the wealth’ (his words) socialist…

OK, I lied. EVERY socialist is a hard core jack boot thug who demands that you give up your gold teeth; or surrender them to the coppos; or die, and then give up your teeth.

Nationalist? I cannot Obama ever, this life or next, being accused of being a socialist.

    Trans-Nationalist? Given.

So what. Obama fits the Trans-Nationalist / Socialist archetype. Only those to the right of Stalin would call him ‘left wing’.

  39. People in all walks of life are subject to mental illness. Elected officials should therefore be given psychological tests. In the meantime, articles are now coming out saying Glenn Beck is mentally ill. Fine. How about saying everyone on CBS News, NBC news, etc. should all take psych. tests and prove they are not mentally ill. Anyone who suggests any radio host is mentally ill should be sued in the absence of proof. People on the right do not grasp the depth of hatred and entitlement perpetrated over decades by the Soros/UN left. If there was ever someone who merited a psychological test it is Soros-who is the leader of the democrat party.

  40. Obama is a Neo-Marxist, and if you destroy a people’s Christian and biblical beliefs, you destroy their belief that they can die for what they believe in and still receive life. They don’t want anyone to want to fight; they just want everyone to roll over and do as they are told….or die.

  41. Chisum, #35

In answer to your question “Forgive me, but are you retarded?”

I answer, “Only Sarah Palin Knows for sure.”

  42. “Are you aware of the level of enmity that crosses the airwaves, that people have made a part of their daily conversation about you?”

OH NO! We can’t have THAT.

Joanne – interesting point. It’s true that people are less likely to fight and die for what they believe in, if they don’t think there is an afterlife.

Or, overall, if they think things are basically meaningless and purposeless.

  43. I’m sure all three people viewing CBS are upset.

  44. I answer, “Only Sarah Palin Knows for sure.”

I’ll take that as a yes.

  45. Yes this is a planned attack on radio and soon conservatives on the “net”. Isolate, demonize, condemn, eliminate.

The people running this game are very, very serious players. They loved Mao and his methods because they work. In China and here.

What they are aiming at is two-fold, at least.

    1. control you by making you seem like bad guys for literally nothing. It makes you want to be extra cautious so not to be accused of wrongdoing. Beck fell for that.

    2. Once they can identify in the minds of the masses a “bad guy” (like the militia in MI that was arrested), they will take that brush and paint anyone they can with the same charge. Tea party members, your mother, your grandmother. Anyone who stands up. It will work too.

  46. If Obama thinks Rush and Beck are troublesome, that means they are getting to him. Keep it up guys.

  47. As a dum-dum- dummy like Glen would qualify me, I would like to say to those who don’t appreciate “the One” being equated with Hitler…SOOOOO WHAT. Holy crap, the evil Libtards did it to another American president recently (GWB) constantly, daily, out in the open, shown on the evening news, with nooses, swastikas and fire and stomping on effigies. This double standard in journalism is the most dangerous aspect of the debate that America has EVER seen. The only anti-semite that matters right now is our Muslim President. Personally… I’m frightened by what I see and the connections that are not that hard to make.

  48. This has never been about Rush or Glenn or anyone in particular. Their fear is of a movement that REFUSES to have a leader. Since the nameless citizens of this country are the basis of the Constitution’s very existence, putting a single face on a individual liberty movement is the only play they really have.
“Monster, Victim, Saviour”. The fairy tale that has driven coercise tyranny for eons.

  49. Chisum,

    April Fool!

    April 1st, 2010 | 8:02 pm | #26
The only Fool here is Ian. Chisum, New respect you 24/7 member. Ian, Rush once per day gives out a line or two to bait the left. Congratulations, You bit. IF this is all you got it’s mighty weak. Barry is distroying the country, constitution and our reputation overseas. Plain to see for any adult. Not picking on the Prez, it is what it is. Your “BOY” is a tin pot wannabe dictator. Restricted by the constitution he is supposed to know. HMMMMM
damn that constitution a document of negative liberties. SAY WHAT????? Your chump in the WH is making the rest of YOU look like what you are. SICK little spoiled brats.
WE’re the adults and we’ll fix it for you. No Go get fisted by the teacher you trusted. powder is dry.

  51. In answer to your question “Forgive me, but are you retarded?”

I answer, “Only Sarah Palin Knows for sure.”

How sophisticated and enlightened to make fun of a baby with Down Syndrome.

On second thought, he deserves it because his mother has a different political opinion than you. Dissent is the only unforgivable sin, right?

    My bad. Carry on.

  52. Militant Conservative, #52

I know how much you “Militant Conservatives” hate it when anyone mentions “racism.” However, what else can you call it when one refers to The President of the United States as a “BOY.” I know that you were just following Rush’s lead and giving out a line to bait the left. However, even if that is the case it doesn’t let you off the hook for a clearly “racist” comment anymore than it does Rush for implying or inferring that Obama is like Hitler and therefore “nazi” like.

If all you and Chisum can add to the conversation is to call me “retarded” (where’s all the righteous indignation Sarah Palin and the rest of you showed against Rahm Emanuel now?) or a “fool” then you got nothing. I’ve made my case and offered the proof asked for in this post. You can be “antisemantic” if you want but it does not contradict nor repudiate the “evidence.”

  53. Not Intimidated, #53
You misrepresent and misinterpret my comment. In no way shape or form was I making fun of a baby with Down Syndrome. I was saying that Chisum asking me if I was retarded was as Sarah Palin said in response to Rahm Emmanuel, and I qoute,
a “slur on all God’s children with cognitive and developmental disabilities – and the people who love them – is unacceptable, and it’s heartbreaking…” I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear to you but I clearly never made fun of the handicapped if anyone did it was Chisum. So, please address your comments to him and spare me your innuendo and indignation.

  54. Ian Christopher

    Militant Conservative, #52

I know how much you “Militant Conservatives” hate it when anyone mentions “racism.” However, what else can you call it when one refers to The President of the United States as a “BOY.”
    ……..

And what did the Democrats call George Bush? Frat-Boy? Hitler. Village Idiot. Needs gravitas. JUst like Obama, Bush has a graduate degree from Harvard, but unlike Obama, was a successful governor, elected twice to the executive position of Governor of Texas.
    But it was “boy.”
The same sneering tone when Obama parroted that Justice CLarence Thomas was “Unqualified.” That was the White Democrat Code for Very Black, but doubly “rich” coming from Obama, who had to give up his law license.

Guess your brain is like your junk mail queue — self-erases after 30 days.

No brain melt-downs if there is no conflicting information jammed inside together.

  55. wanumba, #57

If I understand you correctly and I believe I do you are condoning “Not Intimidated’s” obvious racial slur on the grounds that some Democrats called George Bush a “Frat-Boy,” “Hitler,” and “Village Idiot.” So, are you are saying “two wrongs make a right” and that because of what “SOME” democrats said that I am somehow implicated as well as I am a registered Independent? I don’t see the logic in your argument if that is indeed what it is you are attempting to make by your unsolicited comment.

However, just in case “your brain is like your junk mail queue — self-erases after 30 days,” the dictionary’s second definition for “BOY” is
“In various countries, a male servant, laborer, or slave of a native or inferior race; also, any man of such a race; — considered derogatory by those so called, and now seldom used.” But you already knew that didn’t you? I believe this exactly what Militant Conservative meant as well when he called the President a “BOY” too.

Although, just because I never agreed with either Bush they were still “my” president. I didn’t disown them because I didn’t vote for them. I will always be an American first and foremost. So, I ask you do you condone someone that refers to The President of The United States as a “BOY” knowing full well that it is a derogatory racial slur? As there are only two answers to my question a simple “yes” or “no” will suffice.

  56. Never underestimate the power of distraction. While Obama puts the focus on Glenn, Rush and others, his democrats are using donations for pole dancers:

    http://the-raw-deal.com/2010/04/02/dnc-donations-fund-pole-dancers-and-helicopters-money-well-spent/

The more I discover about the character of these men, the more excited I get for November!

    Nathan R. Jessup
    http://www.the-raw-deal.com

  57. Nathan#59

I totally agree this is wrong in more ways than one and I don’t believe that two wrongs make a right. However, least you think voting “Republican” is the answer I think you must remember this bit of news

“Under chairman Michael Steele, the RNC spent $1,946.25 at Voyeur West Hollywood, “a bondage-themed nightclub featuring topless women dancers imitating lesbian sex,” says The Daily Caller. The RNC denies that Steele himself visited the club, saying that it was “a reimbursement made to a non-committee staffer.” Fox News reports the member may have been a direct mail operator from California named Erik Brown. The RNC wouldn’t identify the member, but said he will reimburse the organization for the expense. It’s just one of several lavish expenses that the RNC has incurred under Steele. Others include a $43,828 trip to Hawaii, $17,514 on private jets in February alone, and stays at other hotels like the W, the Venetian, and the Four Seasons.”

So, perhaps it’s time for a third, fourth and fifth party to be allowed to take part in our countries political discourse.

  58. Ian Christopher, was it racist when some people referred to “Boy Clinton”?
Oh, that’s right, he was our “first black president.”

What about the prominent Democrats (I think Biden’s among them) who have been so concerned that people be gentle on “our young president”? As though he’s not really grown-up enough to handle the pressures that every other president has faced, and we need to pat him and say, “There, there, Barry, we won’t criticize you. This is all about YOUR personal success.”

You haven’t responded to Wanumba’s reminder of how quick Obama was to pick out the one Supreme Court justice who’s considerably darker than he is—and who actually has a personal history with racial discrimination and a family history of slavery—and glibly state his opinion that the really black guy wasn’t smart enough.

As for Rush: clearly you’re unable to pick up on how he uses irony. He began by noting how Dems are always calling conservatives Nazis, and what follows is a little bit of “We can play that game too. We can point to actual similarities between Democrats and Nazis. So there.”

  59. However, least you think voting “Republican” is the answer I think you must remember this bit of news

Oh, well, heck! Then I’d better stay with the party that just rammed the most dishonest, corrupt, oppressive legislation in American history down our throats. I’d better stick with the party that is spending more per month than the GOP spent per year. I’d better stick with the party that’s trying to turn Israel into a pariah state.

I’d better stick with the party that gave us a Secretary of the Treasury and Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee who didn’t pay their taxes.

I’d better stick with the party that 14 months into the president’s term still hasn’t given us a head of the TSA.

I’d better stick with the party that has given us the failed stimulus and failed HAMP and couldn’t run Cash for Clunkers.

The Democrats are much, much better for the country than those horny Republicans. No question. Why should I care about insane deficits and foreign-policy catastrophes when the GOP is spending two grand at strip clubs?

  60. Radegunda, #60

I fail to see how questioning a Supreme Court Justice’s intelligence has anything to do with “racism” no matter if he is “considerably darker” than The President or not as if Thomas and Obama stood side by side a racist would still call them both “BOYS.” From your comments I must assume that you prescribe to wanumba’s “two wrongs make a right” and that because of what “SOME” democrats said that I am somehow implicated as well as I am a registered Independent theory. So,I’ll ask you the same question that I did him. Do you condone someone that refers to The President of The United States as a “BOY” knowing full well that it is a derogatory racial slur? As there are only two answers to my question a simple “yes” or “no” will suffice.

  61. Not Intimidated, #62
As you have no answer for my response to “you”(#56) you merely ignore it and jump in for “Nathan.” Yet, you go off half cocked as you are so quick to go after the “Democrats” that you once again “ignore” the key point of my comment (#60) and that is “So, perhaps it’s time for a third, fourth and fifth party to be allowed to take part in our countries political discourse.”
Your argument is not with me. I’m all to ready for campaign finance reform, term limits and to allow all candidates any and all parties to debate on television. The two party system just doesn’t work as they are in constant campaign mode. Also, doesn’t it take a right wing and a left wing for any eagle to fly?

  62. Do you condone someone that refers to The President of The United States as a “BOY” knowing full well that it is a derogatory racial slur?

Such screechy outrage from a person who attacks a defenseless baby with Down Syndrome, simply to hurt his mother.

Unlike you, I oppose both racial slurs and using handicapped children to score political points. Any decent person would, I think, yet here you are making fun of Trig Palin based on his affliction, something he had nothing to do with.

And you’re making fun of him before his life has really started. I guess you find him so beneath you that asking you to show mercy and treat him humanely are out of the question.

Strange, isn’t it, how the evil conservatives don’t make jokes about Trig Palin, but such jokes are now part of the lexicon of the enlightened, tolerant, caring left.

  63. As you have no answer for my response to “you”

What response do I need to supply to “Only Sarah Palin knows for sure”? It’s a witless reference to Pali9n being the mother of a retarded child.

Rahm Emanuel called his Democratic colleagues “F***ing retards.” If you can’t see the difference between that what Chisum said, I can’t help you.

However, Saying “Only Sarah Palin knows for sure” is a cheap, cruel attack on her motherhood, inferring that she now has an expertise in recognizing retarded children.

It’s not clever. It’s just ugly. Your side refuses to restrain itself when attacking those of us who disagree with you politically. It’s a form of mental illness on your part.

  64. I ignore the “key” part of your comment, because right now the only game in town is the two major parties. One will win in the next election. I’ve voting for the party that is not in power right now. Other parties are irrelevant.

I don’t care if some minion went to a strip club, and I certainly want Michael Steel to quit, which is why I give no money to the RNC. They’ve got only themselves to blame for their troubles.

I donate to candidates across the country and in my own state. The RNC will either learn or fail. Survival of the fittest. I’m not worried.

  65. Not Intimidated,#66
Again, as I explained you all ready you misrepresent and misinterpret my comment. In no way shape or form was I making fun of a baby with Down Syndrome. I was merely attempting to remind Chisum that we shouldn’t call anyone “retarded” by referring to Palin. i thought Chisum would remember her reaction to Emmanuel. I totally agree that I could have been less snarky and more eloquent. But how you can get that I’m talking about Palin’s child out of my comment is beyond me. If anything I can maybe see that you might infer I’m calling Palin herself a retard. But again both conclusions extrapolate my comment to the Nth degree.

That said I’m glad to see you agree that no one should refer to The President or any African American as “BOY.” At least we can agree on something.

  66. Not Itimidated,#66
You say “Your side refuses to restrain itself when attacking those of us who disagree with you politically. It’s a form of mental illness on your part.” First off you make the mistake of making this a fight between “us” and “them” as if there are only two sides to an argument. Unlike you I believe an eagle needs a left and right wing to fly. Then you defeat your own argument by “attacking” me personally for disagreeing with you “politically” by saying that its a mental illness.

Was the country really doing so great under The Republicans? Be honest if not with me than at least with your self. As an Independent I didn’t think so and voted Democratic. Now, I see there really isn’t much difference. That’s why I advocate not only a third party but a fourth and fifth as well. But as long as people believe that “the only game in town is the two major parties”
we will be forever changing from Republican to Democrat and back again every 4 or 8 years.

  67. Of course, people who have a different opinion are always “troublesome” for marxist. Here’s a novel idea: send them to special “camps”

“That said I’m glad to see you agree that no one should refer to The President or any African American as “BOY.” At least we can agree on something.”

You’re right with that Ian. I refer to him as “jackass”, since it’s fitting. He is one. I also still refer to Bush as “dunce” (let’s face it, he wasn’t the brighest cookie in the box, but I take him over Obama any day)

Palin isn’t the smartest cookie in the box either, but eh… she can’t really be worse than president jackass. He’s following the classical Euro-wheenie way of things, nothing is worse than that, except outright islamo-fascism and Red China stuff.

Hell, show me one intelligent politician. One who actually knows stuff and who doesn’t talk smack. I have yet to see one. Ultimately they’re all power hungry bastards.

Obama is turning the US into Germany, not just EU 2.0. It’s Germany 2.0. The more I see of it, the more it reminds me of how f*cked up Germany is these days. Obama is steering the US right to that point. Next: immigration “reform”.

Oh wait, some here think Germany is great?

Bloody tourists, you’ve seen nothing of the real Germany. Every four minutes a woman is assaulted in Germany. Berlin has the murder rate of NYC today (and rising). The crime rate in general is rising, but criminals get the hug treatment from the “justice” system (meaning: the punishments are laughable.) The national debt is skyrocketting thanks to the welfare state. Racism towards Germans who dare to show the German flag and towards Jews is rising.

This is heading for the US as well, thanks to people who were only worried about political correctness.

Black president, white president, purple with green dots president, only racists care about something like that.

The President of the US is the Number One servant of the American people. His number one interest must be the American people and the US of A, that’s what he’s hired to do. What the muslim world thinks of the US, or what Europe thinks, is irrelevant. Totally and 100% irrelevant.

And Obama has failed that part. Totally failed.

  68. Oh and here’s something I found on PI:

Shock claim: Obama encouraged Palestinian ‘resistance’

  69. Adreas K,
As I don’t agree with nearly half of what you say I think we must agree to disagree. However, I will venture to say that you might be confusing civility with political correctness. I also believe that it is easy to think that your fighting the good fight if you are not actually in the ring. That is exactly why we need campaign finance reform as politics needs to be open to anyone “willing” to serve not just those that can “afford” to.
Finally, I ask you and everyone else on here to explain how can a bill that passed both the House and Senate and was signed into law by The President whom are all representatives that were elected by “The People” UnAmerican?

  70. I think they know this summer is going to be another ugly one like last, only bigger. They are trying to get ahead of the November election targeted advertising by branding the opposition they fear the most as dangerous nuts that people should feel embarrassed to join.

  71. Before the health care bill passed the polls showed that 55% of Americans opposed it’s passage. Before the surge 62% of Americans thought The Iraq War was a mistake and that the surge wouldn’t work. So, if you think The Democrats were wrong to” ram The Bill down America’s throat” then you must also believe that The Republicans were wrong to “ram The Surge down America’s throat” as well. Right?

This is why voting according to the latest polls is ridiculous. We vote people into office to do “their” job. Every few years we can fire them or rehire them. But it is easy to play arm chair quarterback and to criticize from the sidelines.
It is easy to think that your fighting the good fight if you are not actually in the ring. So, either get in the ring or let the elected officials do the job they were elected to do. You get your vote in the next election. The Mob doesn’t rule nor should it. Someone has to be the voice of reason and in our country that is The Politician not The Pundit.

  72. Harry Smith in that puff-piece video reminds me of the old “His Masters Voice” logo that RCA used on their gramaphones over a hundred years ago.
“Here Nipper(harry) , come on boy. Time to make me look presidential again. Or maybe you could send that Perky Katy. I hear she can do all kinds of ‘tricks’. Am I right? (wink, wink)”

  73. The link in # 75 is no good.
    Should be:

  74. The link is still no good. Sorry it won’t post correctly.

  75. Weakness Is The New Strength

Keep moving, nothing to see here:

Now Mr Obama is expected to rule out the development of new weapons systems — despite reservations from the military, which is mindful that Russia and China are modernising and expanding their nuclear forces respectively. He will also drop the notion, espoused by his predecessor, that nuclear warheads can be deployed in certain circumstances; for example, if another country resorts to attacking US forces with chemical or biological weapons.

  76. OT but too funny to miss.

    Warning: Language and Nudity

‘Scar My Tattered Body No More With Your Punishing Dildo Mallet’: Accused Militia Plotter Bared Almost All In Film (VIDEO)

In the last few days we’ve told you about Kris Sickles, aka “Pale Horse,” who in the past has posted videos urging people to arm themselves and march on Washington, and this week was charged — along with eight other members of the Hutaree, a Christian militia group — with seditious conspiracy in connection with an alleged plot to kill law enforcement.

    http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/04/scar_my_tattered_body_no_more_with_your_punishing.php

  77. NAZIs were the first green weenies, the first Gaia worship cult, the first national health care providers, ovens were free, they ran the table on liberalism. Maybe that’s why they called themselves National Socialists.

I guess Obozo thinks people think the German National Socialist were right wing, or something. Might work, on Kenyans, Indonesians and the lame stream media.

Just like they hope people don’t figure out Abe Lincoln didn’t form the Klan.

  78. I suppose,Ian, it would depend on the signifier as to whether someone meant,”boy” as racist. would be racist to call your dog,”come here boy.” with a black man standing nearby? In another context ,”he’s your boy.” meaning he’s your problem comes to mind. Only becomes racist in the mind of someone bent in finding racism in any utterance which is racist itself. Then again ,”boy” can mean any male younger than you. It is also still used in some parts of north america and the british isles to denote a man who had never been married of any age or simply an immature older man.
Our current resident of the Whitehouse has turned out to be a very mean spirited , self centered, and spiteful young man. Indeed he acts like a child, a boy.
Now, Ian, you can call me a racist, but you can only do it by ignoring intent.

  79. “Now, Ian, you can call me a racist, but you can only do it by ignoring intent.”

Ian not only ignores intent he ignores content, too. He is a rock-lifting race monger who regularly suffers from the vapors.

  80. Maybe we can bring that “super intellect’ of ian’s to bear on that problem that the island of Guam is about to have according to a certain Georgia U.S.Congressman.

  81. #61: Bull Connor was a demmacrap, too. Ian’s only job here is to foment racism for it is truly the hallmark of the ‘caring people’.

  82. “As I don’t agree with nearly half of what you say I think we must agree to disagree. ”

Well Ian, I give you the benefit of doubt and assume you are American, thus you have no idea how Europe really is and thus you have to rely on what you see as tourist and what the media tells you. Which is, of course, not the truth, but what the media thinks the truth has to be.

I see the reports every day. From the UK (where the healthcare system is falling apart), to Sweden (where Jews are fleeing Malmö), from Spain to Italy (where citizens are forming vigilante guards to protect themselves from “the usual suspects”, muslim “immigrants”.)

I just need to go outside and see how Europe really is.

And everything the jackass in the white house is doing is going to lead to exactly that.

Take “Obamacare.” What right does the government have to tell me that I have to buy their healthcare plan or go to jail? And yes, working people will pay the healthcare of people who refuse to work, because this is the only way to finance this, at least for a while. On the long run it won’t work. On the long run his great plan is doomed. Austrian health insurances are bankrupt. The NHS is cutting 20 billion Pounds in spending (which will lower the already low standard for patients.) In Germany they avoided a collapse only by squeezing more money out of working people (and the German national debt, thanks to the welfare state, has reached more than 6 trillion Euros.)

    Obama is copying exactly that.

“Before the surge 62% of Americans thought The Iraq War was a mistake and that the surge wouldn’t work.”

Well, what would civilians know? Are you going to ask the mechanic who’s dealing with your car what kind of approach you should take for your knee surgery?

“Finally, I ask you and everyone else on here to explain how can a bill that passed both the House and Senate and was signed into law by The President whom are all representatives that were elected by “The People” UnAmerican?”

Why were they elected in the first place? By promising, as we say it, the blue color right from the sky. It’s a term that means: you promise anything to get what you want. That’s what’s happening. That’s what he did.

“Obama is going to pay my mortgage!” Remember that woman?

As for the “passed” part, well, that’s a matter of the point of view.

And if “The People” were behind it, why are they now standing up against it?

This is why I love the Swiss approach. Direct democracy. The People get to vote on things like that.

What is the American Way of Life? What did America stand for in the world?

We always called America the “Land der unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten”, the land of unlimited possibilities. The story from the guy who started out as dishwasher and ended up as millionaire. That was America. Where you could achieve anything as long as you were willing to work hard. That was America. That is the American Way of Life.

Why do you think so many people still go to the US? Why do you think German workers flock to the US still? Because working there still pays off for you. Not like in Germany, where the government taxes people to death so that it can finance the welfare state.

The healthcare bill now states that everyone must buy healthcare. How is that fitting into the American Way of Life? The government tells people that they must buy healthcare. Next it will tell people what they are allowed to eat and drink. Then what cars to drive. This is happening in Europe right now.

This will happen in the US.

The immigration “reform” wants to make all illegal aliens legal. Thus shafting the citizens and every legal immigrant. Next thing you know will be the government handing out citizenships left and right, which is already happening in Germany as well.

Everything that Obama has done so far and what he wants to do has happened in Europe. Everything. And it’s failing. Catastrophically.

“However, I will venture to say that you might be confusing civility with political correctness.”

Civility… you mean civility like it comes from the left wing all the time? Like it came from the left wing ever since the “movement” began in the 19th century? 120 million dead in the 20th century can tell stories about left wing “civility”.

But we are evil when we call Obama a “boy”.

My mother calls him a weakling. She thinks that the US president shouldn’t bow to anyone. And she’s not even American.

  83. Let me add this:

The way Obamacare was dealt with reminds of how the Lisbon Treaty was handled in the EU. The Lisbon Treaty is really just the (failed) EU Constitution, which was refused by the Dutch and the French.

Now they brought it back again and… only the Irish people were allowed to vote. All the other peoples of Europe were told: no, you don’t have to vote, it’s not necessary.

    Why was that done?

Because the Eurocrats knew that the people would say “NO!” to this crap.

    Same with Obamacare.

Why was there no actual vote with the representatives voting so that everybody could see it? Why was it all done hush hush behind the curtain with backroom deals and bribery?

Because the Democrats feared the open vote.

    That’s not democracy. That’s BS.

Direct democracy, like the Swiss do it, that is the answer. Such important votes can’t be left to a handful of meddling liars. The people have to vote over such important issues.

  84. “Finally, I ask you and everyone else on here to explain how can a bill that passed both the House and Senate and was signed into law by The President whom are all representatives that were elected by “The People” UnAmerican?”

So I take it you didn’t have a problem with TARP, either?

And you seem to be confused as to what “representatives” are supposed to do–vote based on the views of the constituents. If the majority of your constituents are telling you not to vote for a bill, and you vote for it anyway, how does that make you a representative?

  85. Now, I can’t be expected to debate 6 people at once. Although I have read and respect all the different views which is more than I can say for some of you (Chisum, Daryl and Babsy) that can’t disagree with someone politically without attacking that person personally. Still, I was sincerely curious to hear what you all had to say. Most of the questions here I’ve already answered so just see my previous posts.

    Muller see #52
    Chris see #74

And last but not least, my personal favorite Andreas K. as I said before ” I think we must agree to disagree. ” However, I will say you are correct in assuming that I am an American. Are you?

  86. Don’t bother with Ian. Obviously, he and most likely many others, have been sent by the WH to get the “interview” (propaganda) some traction and credibility. Without blogs and bloggers, NO one would have even seen it!!!!!Now, however, they can say that everyone is discussing it! It is sort of like calling the Tea Partiers racists. At first I wondered who they were trying to convince. After all, if you are someone who has gone to a tea party, you know that race is not an issue. And if you have not gone to a tea party, it is not because you thought they were all racists.
One of the rules for radicals ideas is to ridicule your opponent. Therefore, I reccommend that we continue to ridicule Obama and his behavior. But to be fair, only ridicule his WHITE half. That way we can not be called racists.

  87. Jayyned,#89
Do you actually think I was “sent by the White House to get the interview some traction and credibility? Do you see conspiracies everywhere? I never said that The Tea Party was “racist.” However, I did say, that comments like the ones I originally quoted (#34) and signs that read “Cap Congress and “Trade” Obama back to Kenya” as well as images like this one from Dr. David McKalip, Florida Tea Party and Town Hall protest organizer

    http://sirenschronicles.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/obama-racist-latest.jpg

prove that there are a few “racists” drinking the “tea.” But every party has it’s crashers. So, I don’t actually think that The Tea Party itself agrees with or supports this kind of thing. But if no one condemns these statements or this signage. Certainly you can understand how some people might get the wrong idea and think that you and the party condone the sentiments or even worse agree with them.

  88. Hmm. The picture of our president on the torso of a -looks like New Guinean tribesman. New Gineans aren’t negroid-technical term, but polinesian. Diffent race altogether.
Still. One poster is hardly a criteria for condemning a whole movement. A movement by the way consisting of mostly middle age people of all cultures, races and political parties.
if you aren’t worried, you should be.

  89. Mueller,#91
I’ve found 6 racist comments on here in the past 24 hours and used two signs as example to “prove that there are a few “racists” drinking the “tea.” I never condemned the whole movement either and you know it. What I said, and I quote was “I don’t actually think that The Tea Party itself agrees with or supports this kind of thing. But if no one condemns these statements or this signage. Certainly you can understand how some people might get the wrong idea and think that you and the party condone the sentiments or even worse agree with them.”

However, do you actually think weather the photo is of a New Ginean tribesman or a Zulu it makes any difference? The poster still portrays The President of the United States with a bone through his nose doesn’t it? Also, correct me if I’m wrong but Obama is black isn’t he and that is his face not that of some anonymous figure? Now,I know that technically Obama is half white but believe me in this country if you look black you are still called the N word quite often.

You say I should be worried and I assume you mean that I should be worried of the Tea Party.
I am both weary and wary but have no reason to worry. If you have the votes to take back congress or put Palin in the white house more power to you.I believe in Democracy and the American People. But I assure you IF that does happen, and I still think that is a pretty big IF I will consider her my president too and I won’t “want her to fai.l” I will work with her and not advise my congressman and senators to vote “no” to everything she proposes. For I am an American first and foremost and while I didn’t vote for Bush I never said “He’s not my President” or that I wanted him to “fail.” This is’nt a fight between you against me or us against them. An American Eagle has two wings a left and a right and it needs both to fly. I’m just trying to balance the equation a little here.
I think my views and yours are equally important.

    Happy Easter everybody!

  90. Is the HuffPost down for maintenance ??? It seems so since we have a troll working very hard trying to defend their “BOY”.

  91. Does anybody notice the irony that Obama tells a “journalist” from CBS that the “vast majority of Americans” agree with his policies?
It was just today that a CBS poll finds that the president’s approval rating is lower than ever at 44 percent.
Since when is 44 percent a vast majority?

The American people are getting wise to the distortions of the Democratic Party and they don’t like what they see.
Increasingly, the Republican Party is providing common sense leadership.

  92. Ian is boring. He found 6 racist comments in 24 hours. He probably posted all 6 under different names. The Democrat party seems determined to blame all critics of Obama as racists-that way they don’t have to defend his policies. Don’t fall for it.

  93. Beachbum,#93

Now, just who are you calling “BOY?” and you are aware that “BOY” is an ethnic slur and an offensive term for a Black man. Of course you do, because that is exactly what you meant. You thought you were being witty and thats why you and Militant Conservative used all caps when you typed it. To make your point and intention known.
But I’m not here to defend anyone. Read my original post (#26) However, if you are calling The President Of The United States “BOY” then not only are you racist but fail to see that Obama is OUR president. He was elected to office so give the man his due. You can object to his policies but you don’t have to resort to racial remarks to make your point.

I think the reason people like you hate when someone uses the term “racist” to describe a comment like you just made is that deep in your heart you know its the truth you are a racist and you hate that about yourself and you hate it even more when anyone else can see you for what you really are. But if you want to keep your dirty little secret you should never call a black man “BOY.” Word to the wise, guy!

  94. JJAYNED #95

You do see conspiracies everywhere don’t you? I’m sure you are never bored as you must imagine the mail man is working for the F.B.I and that the Indian woman at the grocery store is a suicide bomber. You are afraid of all of your friends have been replaced by aliens from a black planet and that the nightly news is broadcasting secret messages from McCarthy’s ghost. I’m sure you never have a dull moment as carving a life around the insects must really keep you on the go.

  95. Does ANYONE have some smelling salts for this emoting troll?

    Anyone?

  96. @Ian Christopher

I could not agree more that all views are equally important.

I have read through all the comments and have just a few things to say…

While many argue otherwise, right, wrong, good, and bad are not subjective. Here’s why: right and wrong without foundation are meaningless. The principles that shape my thinking are not just some ideas I came up with from my life experiences-for me, they come from God.

I fully understand that many who may read Gateway Pundit are Atheist, Agnostic, Muslim or otherwise. Before it gets said, I am not playing some “holier than thou” card, I am merely explaining why MY principles (which have served me well when followed) are clear, unchanging and not designed for speculative interpretation.

Why did I share this? I explain it because I see so many arguing until they are blue in the face over issues that have no means of resolution. For example, if we were to argue over the location of a Country, we consult a map; if we argue over the definition of a word, we consult the dictionary–If we argue over morality, right, wrong etc., what is the final authority?

Finally, I shed light on those things which I feel are wrong (i.e. Congressmen and women wasting money); I could not care less from which party they come-corruption exists on both sides of the aisle. I have never, and will never look to the actions of one person to strengthen or weaken my moral convictions (unlike Guam, man is able to tip). I am not attempting to promote one party over another–if you feel this is my purpose, you are mistaken. I am fighting for what I believe to be right. Thanks for your interest.

You do see conspiracies everywhere don’t you? I’m sure you are never bored as you must imagine the mail man is working for the F.B.I and that the Indian woman at the grocery store is a suicide bomber.
    …………..

That would be called a conspiracy theory itself, that is assuming someone you don’t know anything about except you believe is a “conservative” and then projecting what that person thinks based SOLELY on constructed stereotypes you hold about “conservatives” which have been deliberately concocted by an opposing political party, with a wildly partisan interest in presenting all opposing views as not just a different point of view, “agree to disagree,” but “repellent.”

  99. What a stupid example. Why would an Indian lady at the grocery store be a suicide bomber? She probably owns the store.

  100. And monday on the early show harry smith goes to bwaney franks house and gets a colonastomy with a vacuum hose and a gerbil…….then on the nightly news katie couric tries to pull her head out of obamas a$$ where its been lodged before election day…..and they say cbs dont have any must see tv…….

  101. Not “troubling”. “Troublesome.” Interesting slip.
