Al Sharpton told Geraldo Rivera last night (you probably had already switched the channel and missed this) that,
“Americans overwhelmingly voted for socialism when they elected Barack Obama.”

“First of all, then we have to say the American public overwhelmingly voted for socialism when they elected President Obama,” Sharpton said. “Let’s not act as though the president didn’t tell the American people – the president offered the American people health reform when he ran. He was overwhelmingly elected running on that and he has delivered what he promised.”
This is another example that every once in a while, a democrat forgets his talking points and speaks the truth.
Barack Obama explained it this way last night– “This is what Change looks like.”

While it’s true the masses weren’t told the truth about Obamao’s Marxist church or the 20 year relationship he shared with its racist preacher by the lamestream media, many of us tried to tell them. We tried telling them about the church and preacher, along with so many other facts about their Obamessiah’s friends, associates, and acquaintances. To say they refused to hear it is an understatement. As I posted in another comment thread here recently, their reactions reminded me of demon possession as it’s portrayed in the movies: rageful fits, complete with swearing, screaming and spitting. Because of this, I have no pity, compassion or forgiveness for them. In fact, I hate them all, not for what they’ve brought upon themselves, but for what they’ve brought upon this entire nation.

Where in that does he say Obama is a socialist? That the American public did, in fact, vote for socialism? Most of y’all are barking up the wrong tree. My soul cringes at the name “Al Sharpton”, but he was clear in what he said, and for some reason, you don’t want to understand it. It’s a hypothetical the news anchor posed to him, and he answered in context.
