Oh my… Bret Baier just body-slammed Obama.
Barack Obama says he will support the criminal “deem and pass” vote in the House.
Obama says Washington is concerned about this but Americans are not so much worried about process.
Bret Baier is nailed Obama with all of the tricks, deceit, backroom deals, lies, etc. with Obamacare.
Obama says most people outside of Washington don’t pay much attention to procedural rules.
FOX News reported:
“I don’t spend a lot of time worrying about what the procedural rules are in the House or Senate,” Obama said. “What I can tell you is that the vote that’s taken in the House will be a vote for health care reform. And if people vote yes, whatever form that takes, that is going to be a vote for health care reform. And I don’t think we should pretend otherwise. And if they don’t, if they vote against it, then they’re going to be voting against health care reform and they’re going to be voting in favor of the status quo.
“So Washington gets very concerned with these procedures in Congress, whether Republicans are in charge or Democrats are in charge,” he said.

Obama: The bill will be posted about so people will know what is in it.

Baier: This proposal makes Medicare stronger. But, CEO says $500 billion will not be spent in Medicare. Where is this being spent?
Obama: Most of those savings go back to help seniors (lie). Each year we’re spending less on Medicare overall.
Baier: Your guys says this will not help Medicare.
Obama: This will not help Medicare.
Baier Is Killing Him! No more FOX interviews!
Baier: You call this deficit neutral?
Obama: The doctor’s fix has nothing to do with my health care bill. Let me finish.
Obama: I came in when we had the toughest challenges since the Great Depression (lie)
We’re doing a whole bunch of things on this economy.

Obama: I do. I know these things might not be popular but over time it will be seen as the right thing to do.
More… Stephen Hayes and A. B. Stoddard on the FOX News All-Star Panel agreed— Obama was more defensive than they’ve ever seen him. Juan Williams, “I thought he was stammering at times.” It was a horrible interview for President Obama.

I started to watch but can’t stand the smarmy look on his face. He’s pissed — Go Bret… Had to leave the room because I was yelling at the TV… Better to read comments than to listen to that LIAR who has the nerve to get angry if someone asks him a direct question. He is incapable of answering succinctly. He needs a 1/2 hour to bore everyone to death after a question is asked. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Sorry taking out my frustration.
This tool never really answers.. he skirts around the issue and uses straw man arguments all the bloody time!!!

Sorry, not impressed with Bret. That interview deserved someone with the spine to pin Obamski to the wall, and I didn’t see that happen. Obama manipulated the interview just as I figured he would. Bret is a nice man…way too nice to interview someone like Obama, who is a master manipulator.

Worst BO’s ever looked or sounded. Played the usual games, but stammered alot, wasn’t in control.
I was doing a crossword puzzle at same time (can’t stand to look at him) but looked up to see him hanging his head – even his upper body – frustrated, because Bret interrupted him again and wouldn’t let him run his mouth.

Obama wanted this to be one of his speeches except to the independent/conservative/democrat audience that he couldn’t reach anywhere else but through Fox. I don’t think Brett got answers to the few questions he tried to ask him, but the interruptions themselves were effective because it made Obama’s aim (to give a speech) all the more obvious.

I didn’t watch all of it, but watched enough to know Obama had it handed to him. Bret was very professional.
When O’ Reilly asked him how he was treated, Bret answered in such a cool way – he just talked about how appreciative he was of the opportunity to have the interview. He sidestepped it very well. I doubt if Bret will be invited back. I can’t wait to listen to Rush tomorrow, he’ll have a field day!
