Liar Al Sharpton on Bogus Black Caucus Tea Party Attack: "I've Seen the Tape" (Video)

Liar and race hustler Al Sharpton told Bill O’Reilly tonight that he’s seen the non-existent tape that reportedly shows Tea Party Protesters calling Black Caucus Members the n-word.
Of course there is no tape.
Sharpton is lying.
On Thursday of last week Andrew Breitbart at Big Government offered $10,000 to any of the reported victims for proof of a racial attack. So far no one has stepped forward.
There was no racist attack.

I think they’re confident because they know that they won’t be held accountable for making up allegations of racism against conservatives because the mainstream media will simply ignore any evidence that contradicts the allegations. Plus, the damage has already been done as I hear people I know stating the allegations as facts. If they had a tape, it would have been shown the day the health care bill was passed in the House, especially since Jesse Jackson Jr. had his own video camera. That’s when the Democrats most needed to dampen the Tea Party in order to pass the bill despite a majority of the country being against it.
To me, the whole debate about this supposed racial epithet being tossed at members of the Congressional Black Caucus is childish. Even if one idiot in the crowd yelled the N-word, does that mean that the thousands of people there as well as those not in attendance that support the efforts of the Tea Partiers are racists, too, and agree with that one person’s comments?!? Puh-lease. That’s terrific logic. This is like arguing with 8-year-olds. Do all of the Democrats want to be held accountable for the actions or comments of notable Democrats like Sharpton? Or Sean Penn? Or Danny Glover? Or John Wayne Gacy? Or any number of Left-wing bloggers or WTO protesters? Etc.
We have serious problems in this country and we’re spending all this time arguing whether an unknown, unidentified individual at Tea Party protests used a racial slur against members of the Congressional Black Caucus that no one recorded with an audio or video recorder, and was apparently only heard by self-interested Democrat politicians known for their racially charged rhetoric. Talk about ridiculous. Then again, that’s the plan on the part of Democrats — i.e., distract the country while they continue to pass legislation that will turn us into Venezuela.

Yeah. You should see the whole segment of O’Reilly with Sharpton if you can. Notice that frightened look that quickly passes across Sharpton’s face when O’Reilly tells him there is no tape? You get to see that look at least a couple more times through the rest of the interview. Except for conceding (without evidence) that someone must have said the “n” word because Lewis and others say they did, O’Reilly was almost the old No Spin Zoner he used to be.
Sharpton was also trapped in his own words for condemning the entire Tea Party movement because, according to him and O’Reilly, there’s a racist element to it, when O’Reilly reminded him that there are racist elements (haha! understatement of the day!) to his group. When Sharpton brought up the accusations of violence made against the TP, O’Reilly reminded him of the killing in front of the retailer that was committed by the “fringe element” of his group.
See the whole segment if you can. Even if you no longer care much for O’Reilly (I don’t), it’s worth it to see Sharpton called on at least some of his BS.
PS: I’m sick of the media, Fox included, conceding that someone must have said the “n” word and called Bawney Fwanks a faggot based on nothing more than the say-so of the accusers. I mean, the accusers are, after all, politicians, and we all know that lying is not beneath politicians.

No way. Last week, due to the signing of the health scare bill, would have been the most opportune time to discredit the Tea Party. If a tape surfaces from this point on, it will have been doctored and should be examined for evidence of tampering before taken at face value…not that the lamestream media wouldn’t run with it first and ask questions later or never.

What’s really great is that he went on about how important it is for public figures to be careful about what they say. Then he gets caught in a lie…first by suggesting he saw a tape, then by mentioning an editor who saw it.
When he was splitting hairs saying statements about there being a “racist element” is technically true, O’ Reilly says that someone could say America has a homicidal element and that would be true. In either case, there’s no point in bringing it up unless you’re trying make a point. But I really wish had turned it around on Al and said that because Sharpton had been known to lie, he is a pathological liar. He should have stopped the interview right there and made him retract the statement about a tape or come back when he had a source and a copy. Instead, Bill goes on with that liar and treats with him as if anything he says has merit at that point.
There is something strange going on here with Sharpton (and Geraldo) being on Fox for the passage of the bill..and for getting a pass for outright lying today. In Goldberg’s segment he mentioned Sharpton’s past but somehow failed to mention him lying just moments before.
I think somehow Sharpton has a contract with Fox and folks will only go so far when they should be holding his feet to the fire instead of letting him fan the flames.

Did you catch how Al tried to vindicate himself with the word “elements?” Problem was, he didn’t use it the way it was originally used in the quote they were talking about. Sometimes I can’t help but laugh out loud when these people spin and lie. It’s gone beyond ridiculous.

Particularly galling is that Jim Clyburn – a “witness” – claimed on one of the Sunday talk shows that it “reminded me of Selma in 1965.” In 1965, Clyburn was a schoolteacher in Charleston, SC, and never before claimed in any biography to have been with Dr. King in Selma (for a politician, that would look good on the resume). Now, there were televised news reports of Selma, but none showed any racial slurs, so what the heck is he talking about?
Al Sharpton reminds me – and I know I am a raaaaacist for pointing it out – more of Tim Moore’s wonderful character, George “Kingfish” Stevens, than anyone else. Of course, Kingfish did have a heart and show signs of conscience on occasion, and often seemed truly penitent of his wrongs.
Now, every sentient being fully understands that, IF there WERE any video evidence of the alleged “slur,” we would have been treated to it on an endless loop every day since by the Old Media, perhaps with the “n word” bleeped out. And there were at least four separate videos of all or part of the Lewis march through the crowd and up the Capitol steps, including one by Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr., who was photographed recording it at every stage.
Lewis is a LIAR. Clyburn is a LIAR. Sharpton is a LIAR. If they will lie about this, something thousands of people would have been within earshot of even without video-phones, you know they would lie about almost anything.

You know what bugs me? I can’t think of a black Democrat politician with integrity. Aw heck, I can’t think of a Democrat with integrity!
The black ones bother me cos they reflect an attitude I see in the community: you gotta do what you gotta do, whatever it takes. Theft? Yeah, that’s what you gotta do. Lie? Yeah, thats what you gotta do. As long as the politician is black, the community will keep on re-electing him cos to not do so is like to to say ‘whitey’s’ right about the guy. That’s untenable. Hence Marion Barry and others. That ‘he’s a crook but he’s our crook’ attitude means that the black community is always operating in a self-defeating mode unable to show children good role models.
Al Sharpton is nobody’s role model; even though he’s mocked in the community (who doesn’t know what he is?), people still embrace him cos to do otherwise is seen as washing black laundry in public.
I long for the day when blacks in America disregard race as a reason to keep someone in office or as a ‘spokesman’ for the community. In fact, I long for the day when there are no ‘leaders’ in the black community. Then I will know that the community is ‘free at last! Thank God, they’re free at last!’

John Lewis got beat up many years ago by some bigots in Alabama. Bad thing, for sure.
But why should that forever put every other thing he does beyond question?
John Lewis et. al., waded into that crowd for the sole purpose of provoking them into saying the “N” word. His entourage was well armed with video cameras, waiting to record it. But not one single recording device picked up anything remotely like what Lewis claims he heard.
That means Lewis is either hallucinating — he heard what he wanted and hoped to hear — or he is lying. There is no third option.
To say otherwise, as Reilly did, was merely to give the guy a pass for what happened on a bridge in Selma over four decades ago.

What disturbed me the most was the way O’Reilly just danced around Sharpton’s comment as an “inaccuracy”. He should have:
a) pointed out that Sharpton had told a BOLD-FACED LIE,
b) immediately asked the “Reverend” to leave (I’m still trying to figure out where he got his divinity degree), and
c) shut down the interview right there on the spot.

The one encouraging aspect of this, is that these tactics don’t work as easily as they used to. Every where theres a crowd, there are video phones and cameras that keep the lies from becoming the truth. Think how many instances like this in the past were turned into weapons for the left.

Let me understand: Juan Williams and other Obamabots believe that if I oppose Obama’s policies, it PROVES that I’m a racist. All of Dear Leader’s policies and positions are great-wonderful-swell by definition, so anyone criticizing any part of anything he says, does, or promotes MUST be motivated by hatred of the half of him that’s black.
(Ummm, does that mean that if we we same people LIKE something he says or does, that we’re motivated by approval of the half of him that’s WHITE? Does that even make sense?)
Maybe the O’Bots believe that –if someone criticizes Barney Frank for having said in 2008 that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were “fundamentally sound”– it means they hate homosexuals?
Or –if we criticize Nancy Pelosi for using military jets as her family’s personal taxi service– does it mean we hate women? Well, maybe just Botoxed women…
