Figures. FAKE Catholic Group -Of Non-Catholics- Supports Senate's Pro-Abortion Health Care Bill

REMEMBER: DEMOCRATS WILL STOP AT NOTHING… to deceive the American public in order to take control of one-sixth of the US economy with their health care suicide pact.
Today, a far left pro-abortion group that calls itself a “Catholics in Alliance For the Common Good” published a dishonest letter that suggested that a Catholic organization backed the democrat’s pro-abortion takeover of the health care industry. This supposed Catholic group is a who’s who of far left radicals. The group includes non-Catholic leftists and even has non-Catholic pro-abortion democrat Hillary Clinton listed as one of its leaders.
They Will Stop At Nothing–

Twenty-five pro-life Catholic theologians and Evangelical leaders yesterday sent letters to members of Congress urging them not to let misleading information about abortion provisions in the Senate health care bill block passage of sorely-needed reform.
Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good, a Washington-based advocacy group, said that the Senate health bill upholds abortion funding restrictions and supports pregnant women.
The letter included a page by page analysis of the Senate bill as it pertains to abortion.
The group asked members of Congress “to make an informed decision about this legislation based on careful deliberation guided by facts.”
“We believe that the provisions below provide extensive evidence that longstanding restrictions on federal funding of abortion have been maintained. Furthermore, this bill provides new and important supports for vulnerable pregnant women,” the letter states.

Dear Member of Congress,
As Christians committed to a consistent ethic of life, and deeply concerned with the health and well-being of all people, we want to see health care reform enacted. Our nation has a rare and historic opportunity to expand coverage to tens of millions of people, make coverage more affordable for all families, and crack down on many of the most harmful practices of the health insurance industry.
We are writing because of our concern about the lack of clear and accurate information regarding abortion provisions in the health care reform bill passed by the Senate on December 24, 2009.
Reforming our health care system is necessarily complex, and the provisions related to abortion, or any other issue, require careful examination of the facts as they exist in the legislative language. We believe that the provisions below provide extensive evidence that longstanding restrictions on federal funding of abortion have been maintained. Furthermore, this bill provides new and important supports for vulnerable pregnant women…
Of course, this is an awful lie by a group of leftists who want to portray themselves as holy warriors. The truth is that pro-life Catholic groups OPPOSE the Senate’s version of Obamacare.
These people are liars.
Stacy McCain discovered that the group includes a commie-supporting Sandinista stooge Jim Wallis as a supporter.
Joel Carter, another non-Catholic who signed the decree, gave the closing benediction on the final day of the 2008 Democratic National Convention, prayed with Obama on election day and lied about Obama’s abortion record.
Dr. David Gushee, another non-Catholic in the pro-abortion Catholic group, is a Baptist. He endorsed a fake abortion funding compromise in the Senate bill in December.
As you continue to go down the list it becomes obvious that it is a list of radical leftists not pro-life Catholics.

Which calls into question the depth of their faith. For the Christian – the ends never justify the means if the Law of God is violated.
I have a feeling – though – that those democrats who are holding out because of a core belief in the sanctity of life will not be fooled by this group.

Interestingly, they’re not only violating the Christian 10 commandements with that, they’re also violating the 10 injunctions which are based on the Buddhist precepts and should be followed by “henro”. Henro are Buddhist pilgrims.

I look at these people the same way I look at Christians for Separation between Church and State groups. They are in fact anti-religion hate groups and should be treated as such.

Remember, evey church is a mix of
1. a small group of committed Christians
2. a larger group of nominal Christians
3. The rest are happy pagans.
People can call themselves good Catholics or Baptists or Methodists or whatever and be absolutely correct – just following the chit-chat, showing up on Sundays, being sociable, but not even reading the Bible.
A majority of nominals and happy pagans in the the churches voted for Obama, for he told them what their itching ears wanted to hear. Liberalism trumps scripture. They aren’t Christians in God’s eyes, but woe to the politically incorrect, “judgmental” person who mentions that unwelcome fact. “A fool despises correction.”
The Bible-reading Catholics and Protestants saw right through him. But they aren’t the majority in any church.
