Can you imagin how easy it would be to run a major company if all one had to do was plan for more sales income,plan for more raw material efficiency, plan for lower costs, plan for new products, ignore legacey costs because they happened, and on and on. The CBO comments above illustrate that there are no solutions being built on, only empty numbers. This is a whole lot like the Cost Of Quality fiction that was forced on the private secter by slick organizational salesman. Nothing good will come out of this mess and in 18 months obamacare will disappear for 18 years leaving a mess of the medical sytem

What does it matter? I don’t know of ANY doctor within a hundred miles of here who is accepting Medicare/Medicaid patients, so the whole thing will turn into one giant, deadly, joke. The payments are too small and there aren’t enough doctors to go around….Sooooooo….bend over, grab both ankles securely, pucker up and kiss your a$$ goodbye.

Socialists’ plans always fail because of what is called the “information problem”. It is just impossible for a central bureaucracy to know as much as the people actually doing the work a thousand miles away. As a systems designer, I cringe at the foolish hubris of people who attempt to plan the replacement of the present system and blindly offer 3 significant digits of predictive accuracy when they estimate that this function will need $22.1 billion while that other one will need $39.7 billion.
These are truly useful idiots. There was a time when we could afford the luxury of allowing them to meddle in our affairs. Well, we cannot afford this foolishness any more. Get these people as afar away from the levers of power as humanly possible!

Dig a little deeper and you’ll find the CBO estimate is only for the first 6 years. Add another 4 and you’ll be over $1.5 trillion. The CBO is part of the coverup. Everyone connected with O’Dumbo is a bold face liar. Glad I never met the POS.

Regardless of whether or not they were born out of wedlock, which most of those bastards were, traditionally Democrats hate or resent their parents and any other elderly person whom they regard as an authority figure..
So they don’t have any problem with shortening the lifes of elderly people, especially since the more money they take away from pllans for the elderly, the more money younger Democrats can get for themselves.
