Earlier this week CNN ran their first glowing piece on the astroturfed coffee party movement.
They include my critique at the 1:40 mark:
Via BreitbartTV
Today, they’re back at it…
CNN is now advertising for tomorrow’s national coffee party meet-ups.

Of course, they hid the fact that the loons behind this astroturfed effort in their article are far left Obama supporters.
Left Coast Rebel did the reporting that CNN wouldn’t do.

Word on the street is that to get into the Coffee party you have to get video taped giving a rimjaw to a dog. bunch of sickos if ya ask me.

Isn’t that precious? Coffee party meet-ups annunced on national TV. You know, the people who would not even acknowledge the Tea Party movement. Isn’t bias wonderful?
BTW, one of those women look like they might have caratid artery problems. She might need to see a doctor before all that bile makes her artery erupt.

It’s quite interesting isn’t it? I used to have CNN bookmarked as a pure news source. I think I started after the first Gulf War (Iraq part 1). Perhaps it was because CNN had the war all to themselves after other satellite feeds were knocked out. But lately they are acting no different than NBC or other propaganda machines. Dear CNN–why? Why are you selling your soul for a one-term president? You will regret your transgressions.

Sorry top burst the Commie News Network’s bubble, but more “independents” are already in the TEA Party.
Besides… what’s this “hateful rhetoric” that the coffeebaggers (that’s right) are talking about? Liberty? Fiscal Responsibility? OH GOD! HATEFUL! /sarc
Good piece, Jim. Keep up the good work.

Left Coast Rebel, like Gateway Pundit and the rest of the bloggers, are the New Media. The Old Media have abdicated their posts as watchdogs for our republic.
left coast rebel commented:
@ Opus – You are totally correct! Look at how easy it is to dismantle the left’s propaganda.

They look whiter than a bunch of Tea Partiers. Not an African-American among ‘em.

Ironically I hate coffee. Can’t stand the taste, can’t stand the smell.
Give me tea any day.

But…but…they’re the multiculturists!
Why, diversity is their watchword.
(That group looks like fat-free bologna, imitation cheese product and no-cal mayo on salt-free white bread sandwiches. Bla-a-a-nd.)

Oh yes, like in Germany.
Where those, who say that multiculturalism is good are usually politicians who live off the taxpayer, live in their great estates, protected by private security, while sending their kids to private schools. Meanwhile, those “evil Nazis”, who end up voting for “evil Nazi parties”, have to make do with the “cultural enrichment” (i.e. rising crime rate, rising violence, rising racism against them) that is forced upon them by the multiculturalists.
Redwine commented:
This is so idiotic. Theirs is a whites-only Kaffee Klatch. Ours is a Tea Party movement rooted in American history. The Elites are historically-challenged, because they are intentionally mis-educated and believe (and perpetuate) their own fascist propaganda. We, on the other hand, believe in freedom, liberty and the Constitution.

What a bunch of sad, misled sheep you all are. I’m not going to make this a stealth post at all, I’m going to come right out and say what I have to say:
YOU are the reason the Coffee Party movement was started. YOUR invective and sadly misinformed rhetoric has caused the rest of us to want to stand up and take the moral high ground. The Coffee Party has nothing to do with President Obama or the Democratic Party. Period, end of story. Ms Couter’s propaganda is entirely misleading and is as far from the truth as it can get. Why don’t you attend a meeting and actually participate in civil discourse (sorry for the big words) and have an intelligent, rational discussion instead of spouting all the sill BS that’s being fed to you by the Radical Right. Rush is Wrong! He’s a typical paranoid druggie. I knew a lot of them back in the 80′s. They mostly went into the banking and insurance business:) Please wake up and realize that The Coffee Party is not the enemy.
Teardrop commented:
I hear that they are trying to make it illegal to drink coffee and drive now.
OOps….makes it a little rough for those coffee party proponents…now doesn’t it?
What WILL they do?
