NewsBusters reported on CNN’s anti-Tea Party bias:

“Hundreds of people, at least dozens of people - we haven’t gotten a count of how many people turned out there. We heard Sarah Palin talk about everything about the campaign, to unseat Sen. Reid to what she calls ObamaCare, on the heels of that health care vote and even talking about her definition of her love of America.”


This photo was taken at 1:35 p.m. More than an hour and a half after the rally started people were lining the highway trying to get in.

    Just watched two local news stations here in CA. They actually showed the aerial view at the rally. You could see it was huge. I am really surprised they covered it.

    It has nothing to do with the latest awful piece of legislation Congress just passed without the consent of the governed. Oh, no, it’s raaacism. Yup, this country that elected a black president last year is now in an uproar, not because of the actions of a willful Congress, but because the president is black.

    Both the Washington Post and the NY Times published editorials on this point, and they’ll show up in the city and regional papers, probably tomorrow (Sunday). The Washington Post writer is Colbert King. The NYT author if Frank Rich.

    Technically, yes. It is dozens. Several hundred dozens. At the point of several hundred, dozens becomes a bit absurd and inaccurate but still technically correct. Therefore, one could argue that its use signifies media bias in an attempt to minimize the numbers by stressing the more inaccurate measure word.
