Call Off the Race Hustlers… The Black Caucus Members Lied

On Saturday the leftist media reported on a horrible story from their sources at the anti-military Jew-hating conservative-hating Huffington Post. The media claimed that members of the Congressional Black Caucus were called n*ggers and spat on by tea party protesters as they walked from the Longworth office building to the Rayburn office building. At least one report said that it was “a chorus” of racist hatred. Reporters from ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX News, (including Bill O’Reilly), MSNBC, etc. reported on this horrible story.
Unfortunately, it was a fake. They had no evidence… Nothing. It was totally made up.
In fact, a video was later released that proved that there was no “chorus” of racist hatred and no one screamed the n-word. It was all a lie.
Several people filmed the entire episode and could not find any evidence of racist hate.
Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-IL) even filmed the entire episode.
He found nothing.
Yesterday, new video was released that confirms the spitting incident was bogus, too.

There’s some higher resolution video below I hadn’t seen before. Unlike what was claimed during recent Tea Party protests in Washington, DC, it would appear Cleaver was simply walking close by in front of a protester. The protester’s hands were cupped as he was shouting. While it appears Cleaver may have experienced a spraying of sorts as a result of the yelling, it does not support a conclusion that he was intentionally spat upon, as claimed.

A large group of tea partiers should stage a mockumentary. The protesters, with their mouths taped carefully shut, see the procession of suits coming and proceed to bow down to the suits. Nancy could be carrying her scepter (which looks like a large gavel) and wearing a robe and crown.
If one of the protesters accidentally “farts in their general direction,” one of the suits could call in the cops and start screaming that the perpetrator be arrested.
Some signs could say, “spit happens”, or “don’t arrest me for my saliva” or “speak truth to power, but don’t eek” or “peasants should wear tape on their mouths” or “I fart in your general direction, but I’m too polite to spit”

Let me ask you this. Suppose one of these threats or actions does turn out to be legitimate. And suppose, furthermore, it was done by someone with a legitimate connection to the Tea Party movement.

Would that mean it’s okay for Obama to be running up massive deficits? It’s okay for a bankrupt Government to be rolling out massive new entitlement programs? Would it delegitimize everything the Tea Parties stand for?
You see, the progressive left can not win the argument on deficits. The progressive left cannot win the argument on the massive expansion of Government taking place under Obama. They cannot even win the argument on the massive health care takeover they just passed.

Did you notice how Cleaver came back down the steps a few mintues later accompanied by a police officer? Either he really thought he was spit on intentionally (not likely, but not suprising given the level of entitlement these reps feel for being black and a deep-seated belief that all white people (except those who vote deomoctrat) are racists), or he realized this is the perfect opportunity to document an incident to vilify the tea-party. I guess in the end he didn’t need any documentation, he spread the lie anyway.

One suggestion I have is for protestors to turn their backs to any politicians, media walking through a crowd like this, just turn around so there is a long line of folks facing away. I think that would be a powerful message.

Dems were certainly aware of this protest and I can’t imagine they didn’t plan ways to foul it. In fact, this is their area of expertise.
So, I was wondering…was the CBC basically the only contingent of Dems that walked through the crowds?
If so, then I think the Dems planned it that way so that behavior toward whites couldn’t be shown to be the same as behavior toward blacks.
The more the videos are studied, it clearly looks as though they were hoping for – even attempting to provoke – an incident for which they could claim victimhood. Especially considering what we’ve seen in the videos of Jesse Jackson, Sr. (and Jr. with his cameras.)
Then there’s this: Cleaver, who claimed he’d been spit upon, brought a different police officer back to the area where the alleged incident occurred. (There was another cop right beside him earlier who saw that nothing happened.) You’ll notice Cleaver looks into the crowd as if to say, “Oh, gee, I can’t find the guy who spit on me – he probably ran off.”
Well, the guy with the white cap and black clothing was right there, even cupping one hand to his mouth as he talked with his buddies. Did Cleaver suddenly forget what the guy looked like? He’d shouted to him and pointed rather angrily at him before continuing up the stairs.

I was there that day and I was on that corner when these Congress members walked from the Capitol to the Cannon Building. I wondered to myself, when all of the OTHER Congress members were taking the underground tunnels between the buildings ( those of you who have been to DC know about the tunnels ) why did the Black Caucus not go through the tunnels?
