White House Promises to Ram Obamacare Through Congress Via Reconciliation Process

So much for bipartisanship.
Team Obama promised to ram Obamacare through Congress via the reconciliation process if the GOP tries to filibuster their nationalized health care plan.
The Plum Line reported, via Drudge:
In the course of unveiling Obama’s new health reform proposal on a conference call with reporters this morning, White House advisers made it clearer than ever before: If the GOP filibusters health reform, Dems will move forward on their own and pass it via reconciliation.
The assertion, which is likely to spark an angry response from GOP leaders, ups the stakes in advance of the summit by essentially daring Republicans to try to block reform.
“The President expects and believes the American people deserve an up or down vote on health reform,” White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer said on the call.
Pfeiffer said no decision had been made how to proceed, pending the outcome of the summit. But he added that Obama’s proposal is designed to have “maximum flexibility to ensure that we can get an up or down vote if the opposition decides to take the extraordinary step of filibustering health reform.”
Translation: If the GOP doesn’t cooperate with us in any meaningful sense, we’re moving forward on our own.

At first I wanted the GOP leaders to boycott the “dog and pony show” (i.e., healthcare summit) since there is no point if Obama has already released his healthcare plan and the Dems. intend on ramming ObamaCare through Congress anyway, but this is where a real leader of the GOP needs to emerge and call man-child Obama and the Dems out on their fascist-like behavior, their desire to ignore the will of the people, and their lies in regards to wanting bipartisanship. This freakin’ country made a grave mistake in Nov. 2008. Many of us tried to tell people who the real Obama was before the election when many of them falsely thought he was a moderate. Looking at the Republicans, and the rest of Conservatism, I see that it’s been made into a stew of chaos by inside and outside forces. Many are running to and fro, from one false solution to another, from one would-be leader to another, fingers are being pointed from within and without, pointed to indicate “follow that person!” and “demonize that person!”, depending on the target and the pointer.

It would be preferable that the Republicans not attend this summit. It only serves to give Obama and the democrats an opportunity to take shots at them. And of course with the lap dog media we already know who the “bad guys” are. That said, it seems the Republicans feel some sort of compulsion to attend. If they just cannot stay away, hopefully they’ll simply listen and respond that their ideas have been stated and a matter of record. There’s only the illusion of a desire to have a debate here, Reid and Obama have indicated they are willing to go with an iron fist if need be. Here in America the leftists face the same problem with enslaving the American populace as the Russians did when they war gamed invading the U.S. What to do with all those cranky armed citizens??? The Russians actually believed at one point they could militarily invade, but accepted the fact they could not hold the ground because of the expected guerrilla war that would break out. You can rest assured one of the reasons for the insistence on pushing through healthcare is that they will tie gun ownership to your rates and availability. They have spent a generation demonizing possession. All they have to do is say, “Now Mr and Mrs Citizen, I can see by your mandatory form you filled out (under threat of fines) that you are gun owners. We don’t have a problem with that, but it is a risk you know. More people are killed with their own gun than protecting themselves, just look at the Brady Campaign to prevent gun violence study. So, if you want a gun we’ll have to increase your premiums five times. We really can’t expect other tax payers to fund your reckless behavior can we? OR you could turn those nasty things in. OK — Give up, try 1854 and the Kansas-Nebraska Act which repealed the Missouri Compromise. The debate was furious, according to accounts at the time, but votes are votes, and ram it through they did.
In response the Republican Party was born in 1854 as the anti-slavery party. The Civil War started soon after, in 1860 when Lincoln was elected. And after the south lost the war in 1865, the Democrats formed up their terror wing, the KKK. History, learn it or repeat it.
It wasn’t until 1964, with Sen Byrd leading the filibuster, that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 finely put a stop to the Democrats Civil War era terror and propaganda wing — A slot now occupied by ACORN in it’s various incantations.
In 1975 the Carter’s Democrats changed the filibuster rule to allow a three-fifths vote to silence debate. Since 2006, filibuster use has skyrocketed as the Democrats began their quest for social justice at the expense of bankrupting America and transferring wealth in order to gain a super voting majority, ala Hugo Chavez.

With the final push for ObamaCare underway, the radical MoveOn.org and progressive organizations like Health Care for America (HCAN), and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) are uniting on February 24 – the day before the President’s
Health Care Summit to “deliver to Washington D.C., a scream they will never, ever forget.”
According to their site, their 1 Million Voices for Healthcare Reform: A Virtual March on Washington, will include “calls, faxes, Tweets, Facebook, emails, telegrams, balloon drops
and carrier pigeons. Whatever, it takes.”
And that’s not all…
Obama’s own organization, the one he relied so heavily upon to get elected, and renamed shortly after he arrived at the White House, Organizing for America (OFA) is calling for its volunteers to pledge 5 million hours to support members of Congress and candidates who fight for real health reform!
According to their site, they already have 4 million volunteer hours!

Obama gets uglier by the day. It’s like looking at Sadamm Hussein, not Barack Hussein. I used to get that same creepy feeling when I looked at that guy, it makes my skin crawl.
