Shameless liars. Robert Gibbs today tried to take credit for the success in Iraq even though both Biden* and Obama voted against the successful surge that stabilized the country. That’s not all. Biden caused rioting and protests when he pushed legislation to divide Iraq into three countries. Barack Obama told supporters in 2007 that, “Preventing a potential genocide in Iraq isn’t a good enough reason to keep U.S. forces there.”
These people are absolutely shameless:
What is worse is that there is likely not a Republican in Congress who will stand up and correct this horrible lie. And, shame on them for remaining silent and sitting on their hands.
Hat Tip Tom R.
Yesterday Joe Biden took credit for Iraq.
* On January 16, 2007, Chuck Hagel, Delaware Democrat Joe Biden (Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair), and Michigan Democrat Carl Levin (Armed Services Committee chair) co-sponsored a non-binding resolution that says it is “not in the national interest of the United States to deepen its military involvement in Iraq.”

The perfect GOP / Retired military response –
“We do not always agree with this administration, but when they are right, they are right. Truly the current state of affairs in Iraq is a titanic victory for the Obama administration. And I would like to be the first to acknowledge that. I want to thank President Obama for his extraordinary courage in choosing to confront and defeat one of history’s most odious monsters. I want to thank President Obama for his outstanding dedication to launching and completing a difficult but worthy mission, for his willingness to order a surge in US effort that surely ranks with Guadalcanal and Inchon in the annals of US military history. I want to thank President Obama for staring down the naysayers and the international detractors, for never taking his eye off the ball, and for standing up for the troops, letting them know from moment one that he has had their back.
Above all, on behalf of thirty million Iraqis, I want to thank President Obama for liberating them from the yoke of horrendous tyranny, and opening a whole new and better chapter for a vast swath of the troubled Middle East.
And lastly, I want to thank President Obama for all he has done for Iraq over the past year especially, specifically and particularily for the…. um… things….. that, uh….. he has done in the past year….. which were…. um…. good things that, uh…. he has specifically done. The good things, I mean. Whatever they may have been.
Thank you, President Obama, for your years-long dedication to freedom, to liberty, to our troops, and to this mission – a great and good one. We could not have done it without you. The victory is yours, and you have earned it. May God Bless the troops, and the United States of America.”
Oh, how I would love someone to say it. I would just love it……

Obama was not believable with anything he said while campaigning, but 53% DID believe what he said. Hopefully, now, literally 10s of thousands of lies later by him, Gibbs, Rahmbo, and his other cohorts, it’s becoming obvious to at least 10% of that 53%, and they MUST be sickened by it. That would leave O-man with about 43% support. Who knows what it would take to convince those, what a semi-socialist fraud he is. And what a danger to our country. He’s absolutely the OPPOSITE of what our country needs. Whatever he wants to do is, unfortunately the opposite of what we need.

The Democratic Party was the party of slavery. They advocated appeasement in the Civil War. They fought Lincoln and the GOP at every turn, who won despite them. After abolition and victory, democrats stole credit they didn’t deserve.
The Democratic Party was the party of Jim Crow. For a hundred years they blocked every attempt at reform. The KKK was their terror wing. When segregation was ended and the KKK ruined, democrats stole credit they didn’t deserve.
The Democratic Party was on the side of the enemy in the Cold War. They shielded American communists, supported Marxist movements, advocated appeasement, mocked Reagan’s strategy, and undermined every initiative that finally won the war. Then they stole credit they didn’t deserve.
It’s difficult to fight the righteous fight against the odds. It’s so much easier to do the shallow and dishonorable thing, and then steal credit afterwards.

Squealer limits debate by complicating it and he confuses and disorients, making claims that the pigs need the extra luxury they are taking in order to function properly, for example. However, when questions persist, he usually uses the threat of the return of Mr Jones, the former owner of the farm, to justify the pigs’ privileges. Squealer uses statistics to convince the animals that life is getting better and better. Most of the animals have only dim memories of life before the revolution; therefore, they are convinced. In the end, he is the first pig to walk on his hind legs.

Now 0bama has fixed his gaze on the Corpse guys who were just making terrorists into dead bodies. We shaped them up and buried some of our bad policies like “Cash for Clunkers” and started rocketing cars in Pakistan. Do you see my point?
Let me spell it out for your tiny brains. The Troops sucked under Bush. We exploded some clunkers in Pakistan to keep your eyes off of our crappy “Cash for Clunkers” and now we have won the war. It’s that simple.

Well, now, Maria, aren’t you smug. I’m not going to give you the numbers or the answers. Folks as smart as you are can find them for themselves. I’ll just get you headed in the right direction and you see what you can learn:
1) “Americans” (that would be plural without an apostrophe) do NOT accept this disgrace.
2) “The ‘majority’ voted for obama”? The majority….of what??
3) Do you know what percentage of the American electorate voted for obama?
4) Define eligible voters, locate and read and understand 2008 voting statistics, and familiarize yourself with 50 years of ACORN (these exercises might be of some help, I’m not sure)
5) “Everybody gets what he or she asked for”? Really?
Americans will kick butt in this situation. You might want to stand to the side a little to protect your own.
