“Yes, I drove here in my truck. It’s right outside.”
Scott Brown introduced Mitt Romney today at CPAC.
This guy is a ROCK STAR:
Story Balloon has the entire introduction and Mitt Romney’s CPAC speech.

Scott Brown got it all – hope to see you as President from America…….
Winston commented:
Well, he can run for President in 2012. Can’t he?

CPAC = Romneyfest
Dan Maloney commented:
As much as I am happy that Scott Brown was elected, and I helped in a very small way in that, I would be very reluctant to accord him rock star status.
The proof is in the pudding, and besides holding the line on Obamacare I would like to see how he votes on other issues first.
Mitt Romney is no panacea for conservatives and I suspect that he would do no better in a run for president than John McCain did. We cannot afford to lose in 2012. To win we will need someone with string conservative principles. I don’t think we’ve seen that someone yet.

Right on. Besides, we have a rock star in the White House now and don’t need any more of ‘em after this one. Screw rock star charisma. We need someone who can put us back on the road to prosperity and has the track record to prove it.

We may need Mitt for his economic magic…hopefully as VP to Palin

Thank heaven I didn’t waste time and money going to CPAC as it appears it’s merely a campaign event for Mr. Slick Romney. What a bunch of hypocrites.
BigJ commented:
The only way I would vote for Scott Brown for president is if he ended up being the GOP nominee. (I’d rather have him than Obama serving a 2nd term.) I like that he’s against Healthcare Reform, and drives a truck, but so far, that’s it. (His “pro-choice” beliefs are a real turn-off.)
Cromert commented:
But does it have a gun rack?
Mitchell Blatt commented:
Brown supported socialized medicine in Massachusetts and he supported a local cap n trade bill, so he’s someone that most “conservatives” would call a RINO in other circumstances, if he weren’t the 41st vote.
Which just shows how stupid the RINO crowd is: You guys will support “RINOS” even though you claim you don’t. But then you will vote against conservatives by calling them “RINOS.”
brooklyn commented:
Brown and Romney are top notch.
Was hoping GP would show the fine Romney speech on his site as well.
Great day of fine CPAC offerings.
Wonderful to see.
Too bad Mrs. Palin isn’t there…
chili palmer commented:
Scott Brown has since reneged on his prior support of local CO2 programs. He has said he was sold a bill of goods and realizes now it was a scam. Since correct data has been withheld from even our Supreme Court justices until quite recently, I will accept his explanation and reversal. Of course, correct data is STILL not available if one relies on sources such as the NY Times and Washington Post. With trillions at stake, they apparently go weak.
Peter Warner commented:
This item made me recall a John Denver song about his pickup truck, one of my favorite Country-Western songs. They should play it at Scott Brown rallies perhaps.
Best regards, Peter Warner.
