After Focusing on Jobs, Jobs, Jobs For a Couple of Days – White House Ready Ram Cap-&-Trade & Obamacare Through Congress

Jobs, Jobs, Jobs…
On the first day of Barack Obama’s second year in office the administration announced that they would focus greater attention on the nation’s angst and anger over a range of economic issues, including the record unemployment and record deficits.
Well, that lasted for a couple days.
It was a good show.
But now Team Obama is back focusing on ramming cap and trade and Obamacare through Congress.
This week Barack Obama will meet with democratic and Republican leaders for a dog and pony show on Obamacare before the democrats ram their nationalized health care plan through Congress.
Also this week, the White House hopes to revive the cap and trade bill that will save the planet from non-existent global warming and give government complete control over the energy sector.

A last-ditch attempt at passing a climate change bill begins in the Senate this week with senators mindful that time is running short and that approaches to the legislation still vary widely, according to sources.

“We will present senators with a number of options when they get back from recess,” said one Senate aide knowledgeable of the compromise legislation that is being developed. The goal is to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases that scientists say threaten Earth.
The options will be presented to three senators — Democrat John Kerry, independent Joseph Lieberman and Republican Lindsey Graham — who are leading the fight for a bill to battle global warming domestically.
The aide said the Senate’s drive for a bill got a boost last week with President Barack Obama’s announcement of an $8.3 billion government loan guarantee to help start expanding the nuclear power industry, a top Republican priority. “The administration is really putting their money where their mouth is,” the aide said.
The Senate trio’s success or failure likely will have a profound impact on international efforts to reduce carbon emissions and prevent Earth’s temperature from exceeding a possibly dangerous 2 degree Celsius (3.6 Fahrenheit) increase from pre-industrial times.”
But, the Obama Administration did focus on jobs for a couple of days anyway.

Obama needs someone to tell him that when he wants to accomplish something, he should do the opposite of what he wants to do. Instead of cap and trade, he should let the free market fix the economy, instead of spending money he should reduce the size of government. Just a thought..

There was a time when the tyranny of the Democrat majority poked through. In 1854 the Democrat majority pushed through, over furious opposition, their Kansas–Nebraska Act, this resulted in the formation of the modern Republican party. Essentially the act legalized slavery.
The next big thing was the Civil War, which took down slavery in the USA.
A rethink of the consequences of commie-care might be in order. Eugenics is about as un-American as anything ever devised.

IF Obummer pushes his cap and trade through or the Healthcare bill, either one will cause some very nasty consequences. America has had enough of socialist policies. He has lost his base in the democrat party and firmed up the opposition to a heated tempo. He is VERY close to igniting violent opposition. Yeah…I remember Barry after the SOTU, saying it was time for a breather on health care. A period to slow down. He made a big deal of it. And, he made an equally big deal about how his focus was going to be all on jobs. The MSM lapped it up–Barry was driven, focussed, committed, OBSESSED with the economy and jobs.
Ho hum, now we learn that all along he was working furiously with Reid and Pelosi to make sure the destruction of the US is completed before the anhialation of the democrats in November. They’re all aware that after November, the window is going to slam shut. And, that saving themselves as a party in power is a lost cause. Reid may be a centi-millionaire who doesn’t need the job, but he’s not about to sail into the sunset of political ruin without having something to show for it.
You can just hear them bastardizing Patrick Henry’s immortal “if this be treason, make the most of it”–”If this be defeat, make the most of it.”

Great.
My doctor has told me that she will drop medicare and go private. She’s given me a price of $80 for a 20 minute visit. I’ve already asked the cash price for my 3 prescriptions – 1 generic, 2 brand names, at Walmart, Costco, and Walgreens. Costco is the cheapest by far so I’ll be going there.
For what it costs me in my healthcare premium each month, I’ll actually be saving money, and I’ll just buy a 20/80 policy to cover catastrophic for the hospital.

Regarding cap and trade. Great. Just in time for summer. More elderly will die for lack of cooling because city libraries are closing – no money – and the prices of electricity will go up.

Obama gets a 2fer – the number of people on social security goes down as people die because of how long it takes to actually see one of the finite number of doctors there are in this country who have the additional numbers of 40 million uninsured making appointments and that also will reduce the amount of medicare money spent on the elderly.

Speaking of liars, I purposely didn’t watch the interview of Michelle O. yesterday. But just now turned to the TV and saw a clip of the show. Glad it was over with quickly.
She was saying it didn’t matter where she lived – they could even be living under a rock – what was important was that they were all together as a family, laughing and enjoying being together.
Sounds good, doesn’t it? Think how that squares with reality.
Forget the hypocrisy of her own life choices. (The Hyde Park mansion beyond their means, only purchased with the help of a crook.)
But think about how this isn’t a value she and her husband have been sharing with others. Especially those living in the most modest manner.
No, they’ve been advocating the opposite of that value to a gullible, foolish people. (You should own a home, not rent!) To the point of forcing compliance with it on financial institutions. (BO sued Citi to make the bad loans).
It isn’t any wonder, then, that their efforts – their real values – are helping to destroy a nation. Its soul as well as its economy.
When they break the laws/rules to get what they want, it isn’t because their greed surpasses their gray matter.
They know what they’re doing. They know it’ll destroy us. And I don’t want their hell.

Instead of attempting to regulate non-pollutants, our legislative time would be better spent establishing standards for fast-track approval of manufacturing facilities that will meet GMP and good emissions levels.

The loan guarantee’s are a scam. In order to open a new plant a certified waste storage facility needs to be in place. No Yucca Mountain no plants regardless of how much money is available.
