2 College Students Arrested In East Texas Church Arson Cases

Two college students were arrested in connection with a series of church arsons in the Tyler-Athens area in East Texas.
KETK reported:
A source close to the church arson cases tells KETK-TV arrests have been made.
Those arrested are UT Tyler student Jason Bourque, 19, of Van and Daniel George McAllister, 21, (DOB 2-27-88) of Van. Bourque’s address on jail records lists he is from Lindale but went to school in Van.
Bourque’s Facebook page shows he graduated from Van High School in 2008 and currently attends UT Tyler. He lists he religious views as “existential.” Photos on the networking site show he qualified for state on the debate team.
A friend of Bourque’s tells us they sat together in math class at UT Tyler and that he was once a very religious person but struggled with depression starting last November. We’ll have an interview with his classmate coming up today at 5 p.m.
They have been booked in Smith County on $10 million dollar bond.

If you read a lot of current metal lyrics, the genre is replete, yes replete, with bloody Christian-slaughtering masturbatory fantasy. A LOT of it is epic triumph-of-hell-over-heaven, demonic imagery-packed stuff.
I know, judging a book by its cover and all is bad, but these guys look too much like many, many friends I’ve had, whose philosophical food comes largely from metal bands and direct-to-DVD psycho-horror films, and the odd Koontz and King.

Go into a video rental store sometime, and carefully browse the stacks of these sick movies that never even made it to the theater. I’ve known folks with large collections of these. And nothing but horror books in the house. And nothing but hatred for Christianity and conservatives, with a little twisted knowledge of the former and no knowledge of the latter. And an inordinate fondness for any substance that could possibly be used by man for psychotropic or narcotic effect.

This set me off yesterday: I was watching R. Duval and all in that shoddy made for cable cowboy piece, “Broken Trail.” The hateful Hollywood morons obviously know less about killing than they do about fornicating.
One of the stupider scenes has Duval and his idiot nephew murder (shooting from horseback) two white men. Those where some interesting comments based on an article that wa not very correct on its information. Daniel is not a college student and Jason’s favorite band had been the Newsboys. So I wonder how many of are willing to face God with your sins and tell God did you see those guys at least I a not them. None od us are worthy of Gods love all of us are guilty of sin and salvation is by the Grace of God given to us by His choice not ours of who is saved. I know these boys personally and I am cut to the heart to here they might be involed in these crimes.
