Video- TALIBAN LAUNCHES MASSIVE ATTACK IN KABUL… (Martha Coakley: There are no Taliban in Afghanistan)

The Taliban launched a massive attack in Kabul, Afghanistan today.
Iran’s Press TV reported on the brazen attack:

At least nine people have been killed and 38 others wounded during clashes between Afghan security forces and Taliban militants in Kabul. Officials said on Monday that Taliban militants attacked several buildings, including the central bank in the capital city of Kabul.
Of course, last week in the Massachusetts debate Marcia Martha Coakley announced that the Taliban fighters were gone from Afghanistan:
Martha Coakley from last week’s debate:
“I think we have done what we are going to be able to do in Afghanistan. I think that we should plan an exit strategy. Yes. I’m not sure there is a way to succeed. If the goal was and the mission in Afghanistan was to go in because we believed that the Taliban was giving harbor to terrorists. We supported that. I supported that. They’re gone. They’re not there anymore.”

Jim – You need to learn not to link to enemy sites. Press TV is a media site of the Iranian regime. There are plenty of reliable reports on this attack that do not link to the scurrilous Press TV.

Scott’s face was doing the same thing as mine when I heard Coakley state that. Except I was screaming at the televison…”WHAT!? WHAT? in the H*ll is she talking about?
I’m going to have to watch the view Wednesday morning to watch all but Elizabeth Hasslebecks heads explode. This should be great. These dimwits have no idea why so many Mass residents are voting for Brown. They have just placed oh so many reasons on a platter for the Picking. They just don’t get it.

Early reports from WSJ said the Taliban announced that there were 20 guys, an email from an associate in Kabul says it was more like 2 platoons of Taliban. Of course Coakley is clueless, but we need to get alot more troops on the ground, alot more intel, and drop the ROE stat !
