VIDEO: Scott Brown Camp Files Criminal Complaint Against Mass Dem Party

Earlier today the Scott Brown Campaign filed a complaint against the Democratic Party for spreading lies that Scott Brown would not allow rape victims to receive treatment. They are giving the Massachusetts Democratic Party until Tuesday morning to renounce the lies against Scott Brown.
The Washington Times posted video from the press conference:
Dan Winslow, Brown campaign counsel, spoke to reporters about the campaign’s filing of a criminal complaint against the Massachusetts Democratic Party regarding a recent mailing paid for and sent by the Massachusetts Democratic Party.
It’s not the first time they’ve filed charges…..
The Scott Brown Campaign filed charges against the SEIU in December.

Rape victims are never turned away from the ER. In fact that is where the Dr.s examine and the test are done. Who would believe such a dumb thing? Dems might believe . Why can’t the demoncratlite idiots at RNC get this? This is how campaigns should be run. Gut the bastards and sue them into oblivion when they tell outright lies. Same thing goes with the MSM. …and that is if Scott Brown wins in Massachusetts on Tuesday, the Obama agenda is stopped dead in its tracks.
Scott Brown is the perfect candidate to lead the way for the PEOPLE to take back control of OUR government. Scott Brown is just the beginning. We’re not stopping with our support of just him.

Of course, filed charges must go before a judge. Democrat activist judges are notorious for simply dismissing any charges against their fellow travelers. PRESTO……charges “resolved”. End of story. Of course, this type of abrogation of the law will eventually lead to a 2nd revolution to restore the Constitution. But the Dems think they can simply yell “RACISM” at the top of their lungs and expect the Patriots to back down. No more though, that crap is not working any more.
