A Democrat’s Worst Nightmare–

FOX News– Democrats are bracing for the worst if the special election in Massachusetts puts a Republican in the Senate.

Republican Scott Brown voted in Massachusetts this morning. Greta Van Susteren from FOX News was there to greet him after he cast his ballot. Brown could be the first Republican from Massachusetts voted to the US Senate since 1972.

UPDATE: A Democratic operative familiar the DSCC’s massive get-out-the-vote operation says that outreach workers in and around Boston have been stunned by the number of Democrats and Obama supporters who are waving them off, saying they’ll vote for Scott Brown.

A woman carrying blank ballots, written in Spanish is seen on Michellemalkin.com.

Fraud is in full swing, it appears.

Let’s hope the voters remember to use the paper ballots (NY 23rd computer “glitches”).

I’ll be keeping tabs on voter fraud reports in the Mass. Senate special election today. Flag any reports you’ve seen/heard in comments or send me an e-mail.

    1) Election Journal, the website that exposed the New Black Panther Party thugs’ voter intimidation tactics in Philadelphia in November 2008, is on the ground in Massachusetts today.

They’ve just posted video of a woman in Lawrence, MA, carrying around blank absentee ballots in Spanish today. She explains how she’s telling people to mark Martha Coakley’s name. The woman handing out the ballots identifies herself as “Isabel Melendez” and says she has a talk show in which she promoted Coakley’s candidacy.

The deadline to apply for absentee ballots for the January 19, 2010 special election for US Senate was Friday, January 15.

More on Melendez: She’s a “community activist” in Lawrence who has run for public office before.

Here’s a piece from 2003 on her involvement in aggressive voter registration campaigns:

Melendez, who said her fire for community activism was fueled by her own frustrations trying to make a good life for herself in Lawrence after emigrating from Puerto Rico, has been personally registering local residents to vote for several years. Now she hopes to take that a step further with a volunteer program that will go beyond registrations. Although the plan is in its infancy, Melendez said that in a nutshell, she envisions a team of volunteers on election days combing voter lists and asking those who haven’t voted to please come out.

“It will benefit the community as a whole,” she said..” Since my arrival here, I’ve noticed that the voter-participation percentage has gone down. And it ’s not just Latinos; it ’s everyone in Lawrence. I want to motivate everyone to vote.”

  8. NECN.COM ha(s)d a video of Coakley entering the polling place to vote. There was an officer looking out the front window as she and her husband approached and subsequently enters. He tried to ignore them but Martha extended her hand. He shook it and immediately started looking back out the window. Martha’s husband then tried to shake the same officer’s hand but missed and no effort was made by the officer to reconnect.

I sent Jim an email with the link and when I went back to look for the video again I can’t find it. I have my browser to dump history immediately. I hope Jim posts it!

  9. Eight hours before the polls close the Boston Globe hasn’t a doubt. This is way PREMATURE wouldn’t you think?

  10. Face it. Brown ROCKS!

  11. To be honest, the Dems should have never had 60 Senate seats in the first place. They stole the Minnesota election, so they’ve had an illegitimate super-majority for about a year.

  12. Maryland was solid Michael Steele all day long for the Senate seat. The Dems announced victory about 11 am! Steele said, “Wait a minute!”
After the polls closed, Steele was comfortably ahead, then majority Black Baltimore reported in – and poured in votes for the white Democrat party hack, narrowing the gap, closing the gap, flipping the election.

    …………..
Missouri and Maryland. Both GOP were comfortably AHEAD ALL DAY LONG until ACORN-infested St. Louis and Baltimore backed up the dump trucks. They just looked at the numbers at the close of polls, and produced what they needed.

  14. Dems setting up to stage missing votes recall. Go to

    They have no shame.

  15. You all know that all this talking coming from the Dems could be a trap (their internal polls showing Brown winning by 5). That way if Coakley ends up winning, they can all say that Obama was able to bring her back from the edge of defeat, and that this means that American’s want Obama’s agenda.

    Don’t get cocky!!!

  16. Jon Stewart skewers Obama and the House Democraps, recalling how W didn’t need sixty votes in the Senate and a fifty vote majority in the House to pass major legislation. Can you say incompetence?(Thank God)
