Mission Accomplished
Except Martha’s Coakley’s mission is to skedaddle from Afghanistan because the Taliban are gone… “They’re not there anymore.”
And, don’t you dare ask her about it.
On Monday Senate Candidate Martha Coakley told Massachusetts voters that it was time to pull out of Afghanistan. Coakley said she was not sure there was a way to succeed.
“I think we have done what we are going to be able to do in Afghanistan. I think that we should plan an exit strategy. Yes. I’m not sure there is a way to succeed. If the goal was and the mission in Afghanistan was to go in because we believed that the Taliban was giving harbor to terrorists. We supported that. I supported that. They’re gone. They’re not there anymore.”
Martha Coakley is not just wrong- She’s dangerous.
On Wednesday December 30 Jordanian doctor and Al-Qaeda blogger Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi killed 7 CIA officers in a suicide bomb attack at an outpost in southeastern Afghanistan. Al-Balawi recorded a message before his suicide mission:
Do we really need another weak US senator?

Taliban Incite Violent Afghanistan Protest
[The town of Garmsir in southern Afghanistan exploded in violent protest on January 12, fueled by rumors spread by the Taliban that members of the U.S. military had desecrated a Koran and defiled local women in a nearby village two nights before.
The New York Times cited local officials who said that Taliban provocateurs had stirred up and incited to violence a crowd of several thousand Afghans who had gathered in the central bazaar in Garmsir. When the riot was over, at least eight protesters were dead and approximately a dozen were wounded by gunfire from Afghan intelligence officers.
The officials said the protest was organized by the Taliban’s
shadow governor for Garmsir, Mullah Mohammed Naim.
“The Taliban were provoking the people,” Kamal Khan, Helmand Province’s deputy police chief, said in a telephone interview with the Times. “They were telling the people that the Americans and their Afghan partners are killing innocent people, bombing their homes and destroying their mosques and also blaspheming their religion and culture. The Taliban were telling the people, ‘This is jihad; you should sacrifice yourselves.’ ”
Khan, himself, was a target of the protestors’ outrage, as they shouted: “Death to America” and “Death to Kamal Khan.” The mob overturned several cars, set a school on fire, and then stormed the local office of Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security.]

So if terrorists aren’t killing U.S. troops and other forces over in Afghanistan, then who does she think are killing them? No doubt this woman sees the American military as the enemy in Afghanistan……how typical of the left. Liberalism is a disease that needs waterboarding.

Just watched the videos on Frugal Cafe. Thank you so much for the link. I keep hearing the race is a dead heat but there’s no emperical evidence that Brown can win. Isn’t the race being a dead heat emperical evidence?
Coakley is a leftover from the Salem Witch Hunts and is about the worst candidate ever. She stood by while a reporter was knocked to the ground, she dissed the people who love Fenway Park, she hangs with lobbiests and left a man in prison for 4 more years after finding he was innocent of the crime for which he was accused.
Now the Dem Machine is sending in Acorn, the Unions, Obama, Clinton and Kerry among others while Scott just has his pick up truck and his band of brothers. Its about time another Mr. Smith (Brown) went to Washington.

In the end, there will probably be more votes for Coakley than there are registered voters. That’s how they’ll pull it off. Wait and see how much of that happens.
