Planet Iran and Azarmehr reported on this very sad news from Iran:

Iranian student Arash Rahmanipour, (video) one of the two victims executed on Thursday, was only 19 years old. He was arrested in March or April 2009 two months before the fraudulent elections in June which led to protests throughout Iran. This week the killer regime’s prosecutor, inconsistent as ever like bad liars always are, said Arash Rahmanipour was executed for his role in the Ashura protests. Presumably the 19 year old Arash was directing the Ashura protests from his cell while he was being interrogated.
His father told Aljazeera that he found out about his son’s execution after he was already dead:
His father says he will not accept condolences only congratulations as his son has now been martyred for a democratic Iran.

I respect this Iranian protester so much. Bless him, bless his family, and I implore his friends and associates not to let him die in vain. If every Iranian followed his lead, the government would topple. True power to the people.

hopefully the iranian people “manup” and overthrow the regime. I doubt it, it seems the world is full of cowards (aka refugees) that don’t want to fight for there own freedom. They expect everyone else to fight for them, and then condemn them when they free them (i.e Iraq)
If they are expecting the US or the UN to come to there rescue riding atop a white horse, they will be living in tyranny for decades.
The only hope they have is if the Israelis launch an attack, but I think Obama has the final say on that.

G-d rest the souls of those two brave people.
May G-d have mercy on the godling for only being “concerned” about Iranians being murdered by their own government.

Where is (Sh)amnesty international? Where is our brave left wing? Where is the UN? Where are all those buggers?
But when Japan executes a mass murderer, who murdered, raped and ate several girls aging 4-7 (an execution that happend last year), then they’re all up in arms.
And I’ve said it before and I say it again:
Even if the Iranian people “man up” and overthrow this regime, they will get a new regime. They won’t get freedom and democracy. There will be another Führer, another mullah, etc. Take the opposition leaders. Plenty of them are mullahs. They’re just “moderate”. They stand for not raping women before stoning them to death. They for just stoning them to death. The problem is NOT Little Mahmoud. The problem is islam.

Peter Warner commented:
What are the chances those two martyrs (and others) would be alive today if our administration had called their names out loud in a public way, serving notice that powerful interests were watching?
Do not be afraid of losing your life- that we have no control over. Our honor however, IS under our control, and it is our honor that we must cherish and protect. G-d, country, and duty.
Best regards, Peter Warner.

This is just so sad. All they want is freedom. So how was he supposed to topple the Iran government?
Can you imagine if we executed every protester? My word . . . that is all we would be doing.
Floradora commented:
jonyjoe101,
You can’t be serious about those comments, can you? Where have you been? There are thousands upon thousands of Iranians that have risked their lives, shed blood, been macheteed, shot, brutalized in protests of their government. THEY ARE NOT ARMED. What would you like them to do? They are anything but cowards, imo.
BigAlSouth commented:
What we need is another speech. Yeah. A speech. That will show those Iranian thugs.

No despot fears Mr. Obama, and no blogger in Cairo or Damascus or Tehran, no demonstrator in those cruel Iranian streets, expects Mr. Obama to ride to the rescue.
oh btw, they have been “manning up” & getting
“mowed down” since way before the Selection..

We have a strategy drawn up for the destruction of Anglo-Saxon civilization… we must make use of everything we have at hand to strike at this front by means of our suicide operations or by means of our missiles. There are 29 sensitive sites in the U.S. and in the West. We have already spied on these sites and we know how we are going to attack them.
how many nukes they have i do not know, but i believe they’ve already
acquired nukes.. the question is, how long before they have 29 of them..

just a sample:
Iraqi WMD Mystery Solved
1. Documents Moved to Syria: In essence, documentation of that small portion of the WMD program which was administered directly in Iraq was moved, along with other sensitive material and resources, to the Hshishi Compound at al-Qamishli (Kamishli) in Syria, just near the Iraqi border,
in August-September 2002. This was noted by GIS at that time.
2. R&D Conducted in Libya: The great bulk of the work on WMD and on associated missile delivery systems, however, was conducted since 1991
in a partnership with Libya, and also with Egypt, at facilities in Libya, in order to keep the programs away from US and United Nations (UN) probes. That, too, was noted by GIS.
now you know why Gaddafi surrendered his
“wmd” & Israel blew up Syria’s nuke facility..

So what do you expect Obama to do in response to a sovereign nation carrying out the laws of their land?

Sherry Collins @ 12:50 pm #24
how about going to the Useless Ninnies & get down on
Iran for violating Human Rights abuses for starters??
doesn’t Obama claim to be a Global World Citizen??
doesn’t Obama preach Global World Citizenship??
is not Iran part of the Global Community??
does Iran not hold a seat at the UN??
should not Iran be condemned vs being
lied about & praised by a US President??
i could go on, but beleive your question would be considered
rather disconnected & shallow according to the Obamacrite..
are we not ONE with the ONE??
or do you believe every SOVEREIGN NATION
has the right to start executing it’s dissenters??
because we have a long list.. Obama’s friends
& associates being somewhere at the top of..
