Founding Bloggers passed on this powerful new ad on the Obama Administration’s failed reaction to the Christmas Day undie bomber.

Keep America Safe: “100 Hours” from Keep America Safe on Vimeo.

It is a bit odd that the president took a child’s surfboard accident more seriously than the Christmas Day undie bomber.

Related… More than 20 Republican senators wrote a letter to President Barack Obama on Friday objecting to the administration’s decision to try terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in civilian courts.

  1. Ouch! I only wish this would get wide distribution on the airwaves. Still though, it will not change the average Obama voters mind on his performance. Most of them are too stupid to connect his failure with this event and the envents surrounding it.

  2. One point that seldom gets mentioned; THIS President requires his words to be written and posted on TOTUS before he’ll even venture forth to do what he was elected to do. That takes time…somebody has to find the speechwriter, get the first draft prepared, edit same, rewrite, edit and then come up with a finished product. The President then must practice the speech several times so that he has it pretty much committed to memory and doesn’t have to stare at the teleprompter or down at his notes in order to appear convincing, rather than just delivering yet another campaign style stump speech.

I can easily see how this process would take some time; especially over a holiday, when all of the key personnel are scattered hither and yon.

This President will NEVER square up to ANY topic extemporaneously. He can’t do it; simple as that.

  3. What REALLY bothers me about this event is that everybody talks like something was prevented; that somehow the bombing was thwarted and that there are heros to be thanked.

The reality is that the bomb WAS detonated; it only caught fire. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had succeeded in every sense of the word except that 290 passengers are still alive.

If Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab used a working device we would be host to 290 furnals around the country. Why no body realizes this baffles me.

  4. Obummer is a Moron and I believe actively seeking to undermine this Nation!!

  5. Those 20 Republican Senators might as well face reality.

Their letter of objection will be treated as well as their input (what little they were ‘allowed’) on health care reform.

But I’m glad they did it.

  6. Had it:
You’re so right — and back a year ago when pundits were scolding him for those “mistakes in judgment” — those weren’t mistakes. Everything he’s done, including the bowing to foreign despots, is geared to bringing America down off its high horse and into the control of the one-worlders.

  7. Are you saying our president is a bit odd for an American … What did you expect from someone who grew up in Indonesia.

  8. If you’re talking about the system he used to dismantle and intimidate our intelligence community, then yes the system did indeed work.

  9. Hilary Clinton was right.
The phone rang at 3am and the nation got an answering machine from our commander and chief.

  10. It is Bush’s fault! Despite his many faults, he cared about security and under his watch we knew we were safe.
