“They took the summer off.”

That didn’t take long, Before all of the ballots have been counted certain democrats are blaming the White House and not Martha Coakley for the devastating loss in Massachusetts today. Mary Anne Marsh blames Obama and not Coakley for the loss.

Meanwhile… A Coakley adviser told Politico, who cited internal polling numbers to make the case, e-mails that, “There’s more to the story than that. If Martha is guilty of taking the race for granted, so is the White House and the DNC.”

Related… Scott Brown is now up over 70% on Intrade.

  1. Are they sure it’s not Bush’s fault?

  2. Hey, Obummer, you point that finger!!! But remember there are three pointing right back at ya! That goes for the rest of the Demorats as well!

  3. Terrible excuse…and it’s not going to float.

If they had a viable candidate in the first place – instead of a gaffe machine – they never would have needed Obama to ride in on his white horse at the 11th hour to “save the damsel in distress”!

Marsh should be ashamed of herself.

  5. Maybe it wasn’t a real good idea for Coakley to take a vacation less than 3 weeks before the election?? WTF?

  6. Coakley Camp must be getting bad news from the field.

  7. Obama, Reid and Pelosi are the three stooges who are destroying the Democrat party with their left wing extremist socialist agenda.
Will the rest of the party continue to go along with their “leadership”? If they persist in their denial, we the people are going to massacre them at the polls in November.
The sweet fragrance of freedom is a far better thing than the stench of oppressive “progressive” tyranny.

    Earth to Marcia, uh, Martha..

there are Taliban in Afghanistan.. but you’re right, the WH,
namely Obama, stood up there on stage & agreed with you..

what else do the Dems do better than pointing fingers??

    can i buy a vowel??

    hmmm hmmm hmmm

  9. If they thought this election was going to be close they wouldn’t already be doing a post mordum on it. Hopefully, that means that not even the dems believe they can fabricate enough votes to steal this thing from Brown.

  11. i have been working the phones for scott brown for several days. verdict: almost everyone that i talked to today had already voted. surprisingly, many were eager to tell me that they voted for scott brown. if brown loses, it’s from gavin and the hired vote defrauders. however, because the democrats were taken by surprise, they will be unable to create widespread fraud. my prediction is that brown will be the winner.

  12. Hats off to Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit for the amazing coverage he has given Scott Brown!

Jim has put out nearly 90 stories in 20 days relating to the Scott Brown campaign …I counted.

    Thanks Jim!

    via Rush..

Boston Globe posted a 50 to 49 win for Coakley 8 hours before the polls closed (i think that’s what he said, but don’t quote me, it was at the very end of his show today & he was rushed, no pun intended).. at any rate, they have since pulled the announcement down..

  14. The stock market thinks Brown won – NAS up 1.6%, Dow up 1.1%.

You won’t get into heaven if you vote Democrat.

  15. I saw it. They said they inadvertantly posted a TEST TOOL.
Their TEST TOOL didn’t have BROWN winning.

    I wonder why?

Massachusetts Senate Race: Scott Brown Senate
and Martha Coakley on Boston Globe Results

[Boston Globe shows their map of voting to display predictions for the Massachusetts Senate Race of Scott Brown Senate and Martha Coakley. Boston Globe has already called for Martha Coakley’ senate race 8 hours in advance. The Boston Globe website showed the results early in the morning. With the Republican and Democrats voters, the map gave an image that Coakley got the biggest share, but a close fight with 50 over 49 percent vote.]

  17. Ah, blame, blame, blame..who to blame here.
Personally, I think those with a big “D” on their chest best be figuring it out real quick. Seems to be more of a disdain for those who see themselves as “privileged” than other things. I think Joe Average has awakened, and he seems to be in a bit of a tizzy now. Thank God they finally woke up.

  18. Last I saw on Intrade, it was 81.1 for Brown vs 18.9 for Coakley.

  19. The tactic of blaming the White House worked for Katrina.

    Why not for Marcia Coakley?
