Yes We Can… Dennis Miller and Bill O’Reilly predicted last night that if Barack Obama continues to screw up and make more nutty decisions that Sarah Palin could become the next president in 2012.
After the disastrous policies implemented by the radicals in the White House this past year would anyone really be that surprised to see Sarah Palin in the Oval Office?
By the way… Miller was a bit off on his prediction. Security for the 9-11 terror trials will cost more than $400 million, not $200 million.

Listen to this woman. She is amazing and nary a teleprompter in sight. This sitcom we’re watching now is starting to get more than a little threadbare. It’s time to pull the plug.
Reaganite Republican commented:
Alaska was a pretty corrupt system until Palin stepped in. Her reforms took on entrenched politicians (inc. Republicans), a mafioso-style union boss, and Big Oil.
Wouldn’t it have been nice if Obama had been principled and brave enough to confront the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine? Or shady political operators like Tony Rezko? Racist preachers? Instead of doing business with every last one of them?

IMO people could end up voting for the Gipper-in-Heels in droves- they’ll surely being looking for some such antidote to the Bolshevik con-artist who’s taking a wrecking-ball to this society now.
Small wonder then that the far-left moonbats are out to destroy her… but she’s not only tough as nails, but basically laughing in their face.
Go get em ‘Cuda-

Barack Obama and much of the Chicago Machine would be in jail right now if Sarah Palin was a Democrat and had been elected governor of Illinois…
Male Silverback commented:
I have been listening to her and I like what I hear. I know she is popular considering the crowds that show at her events.
The last election was not fair to her as the McCain camp didn’t allow her to be herself. If she runs and debates Obama it is over for the Dems.
However; I believe that if she does win, the long knives will come out in droves. Would be interesting.
Erica commented:
Sarah Palin is most definitely ready and able to take the helm and I am sure she would clean up this mess without blaming this administration the way we’ve witnessed Obama inc. do so regarding our previous one! As her father put it, ” Sarah isn’t retreating, she is reloading.” Yes, I love the previous comment describing her as the “Gipper in heels”..Bring it on Sarah, America needs you!
squeaky commented:
after riding along with this adm for the past 11 months – the idea that was floated before the election that Palin was inexperienced is a joke. the selection of sheriff joe biden the inspector clousseau of the obama administration was supposed to assure us that the empty bag in the oval office wouldn’t lead us off a cliff. joe’s
vast experience…… experience that wasn’t required for positions that were filled by obama. a body is only as good as its’ members.

Sara is my first choice at this time and look!, She’s already been vetted! The media and the Dems have already looked under every rock in Alaska hoping to find some crap on her and have come up empty(that didn’t stop them from making stuff up though).

At least Palin grew up in this country and understands uniquely American cultures and values. Barry Soetoro grew up in Indonesia and attended a Muslim school. All Barry knows about America he learned from Jeremiah Wright, William Ayers and Frank Marshall Davis.

Palin for President 1012-2014 and a half. You people have no idea what or who Sarah Palin is.
Here in Alaska she: Grew government more than any other Alaska Governor, Raised taxes, Concealed documents, moved State business to yahoo e-mail so it was not subject to FOIA, and told you we were building a gas pipeline. Then she quit because she could not take any criticism of these facts. Get over this woman now, or you are sure to be disappointed later.
@Reaganite Republican: Palin left it more corrupt than she found it. We are still waiting over a year for a 1000 e-mails being hidden. Wait until those surface and you will see the real SP.

Palin/Miller 2012!
EJ commented:
Bob, just because the “media” will rake her over the coals doesn’t mean we have to listen to them…just look at the “media’s” ratings…compare MSNBC, CNN, CNBC to FoxNews, Rush, Hannity, Levin, Beck and all the blogs including this one, and you’ll see who the real media is these days. As Beck says, We Surround Them…really we do…so just stop letting it affect you…We’ll just ignore Them and go a New way. With Palin, we’ll be in the right position when Iran and Israel collide.
Rusty in Alaska commented:
Also, Reagaite, what union mafioso boss are you talking about??
Hubby Todd was a Union Rep. before he recently quit his job at BP. Palin also refused to support or endorse “right to work” legislation. She also refused to do anything about a greenie ballot measure that raised taxes on cruise ship tourists that has decimated the industry. Business is leaving Alaska thanks to her. Real free marketer, that gal, yeah right..
narciso commented:
Really, comparing the fiscal year 2008- 2010, with the previous years under Knowles and Murkowski give the lie to that, give the lie to that. Yes she pushed for the pipeline, and has gotten farther than anybody in thirty years, she challenged the local interests and their was a ferocious pushback, trying to bankrupt her by
turning the ethics code she authored against her.
Rusty in Alaska commented:
@tarczar. I have been a registered republican since 1980 and voted for Reagan twice. I have never in my life voted for a democrat. I live near Wasilla and have since 1994. I have lived this nightmare the last three years and you may have to learn the hard way.
narciso commented:
Yes the Cruise tax was passed by a crazy lefty, Chip Thoma, who wants to stamp out all tourism from Alaska, in line with the Obama administration, that wants to cut off all oil and gas exploration, apparently, for the polar bears.
Pat the First commented:
Rusty, you are in a very minute minority of Alaskans (if you are an Alaskan). You are the people who were wasting $2M in legal funds chasing unbased accusations. We are not idiots. We know the history of Gov. Palin in Alaska. It isn’t hidden.
Besides, anyone who was or is attached to a union has very little credibility in my book. Unions are nothing but corrupt. The only good unionist is someone who fights their corruption.
TheTaR(and feather)Czar commented:

Rusty, what are you talking about? do you think people will believe your lies? Hackers got her private email account. They are all public. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG in the emails. And you still want investigation over that, wasting taxpayer money to smear Palin.

Alaska to get Sarah Palin’s dream gas pipeline throughCanada
Mark Smyth
Today the final Canadian government report was released which reviewed the proposed natural gas pipeline from the Beaufort Sea, north of Alaska through Canada’s Northwest Territories. It took 3 years and $16 Million for this study on the Mackenzie Valley pipeline to be completed and approved in Canada.
This is the same pipeline that Alaska was waiting for, as it will run Alaska natural gas to hook into the Canadian pipeline system and then run south to locations in Canada and the USA.
If the Alaska gas is channeled into this pipeline, then it would have to be bigger in diameter by about 50 percent with the huge amount of natural gas that Alaska wants to ship south over the next 5o years.
This is related to the same contract that Sarah Palin signed just a few weeks before she was picked to run as vice president with Senator John McCain in august 2008.
The price of the Alaska portion of the line was at least $24 billion U.S., but that price was 5 years ago.

Sarah Palin has had nothing but bad media press, scorn from commentators and pundits, slams and scorn for a full year, and yet—–she polls higher than Obama! I would say that proves who America is listening to. The media, pundits and comedians have made themselves irrelevant. The only people listening to them are them.
aprilnovember811 commented:
She will be President.
l commented:
Palin is real. I read her book as a sceptic.
She was sabotaged by the elites in both parties:
She was forbidden to speak to any press (they even blocked her from going back on campaign planes to even speak to media),
They scrambled her Teleprompter and she knew her speeches well enough to soar through them (now there is a concept)
This woman did fight corruption, and in her own party. She is NOT someone they have been able to buy. Since they can’t fathom such a human being they have tried to destroy her.
I do wish she would improve her speech cadance; the sing song qulaity of her voice detracts from her words, I think.

“I’m not sure about Palin and national security but hell, I wasn’t sure about Obama and security and look how that’s worked out.”
I couldn’t disagree more. I think national security is one of Palin’s strongest areas, and probably the top reason many folks would vote for her!
I CAN’T WAIT to see those imams and mullahs quaking in their robes when Patton-with-lipstick-and-a-smile comes in and starts kicking ass!

Rusty – all I know is the media sent dozens of people to Alaska to rake her background over the coals and it is hard for me to believe that none of this came out in a column of whatever and was given over-exposure. The media and the Democrats went after her with everything they had. I’m not saying you are lying, but where was this reported in the media?

There are no sweeter words to the ears of THIS strict constructionist of the U.S. Constitution.

The pathological hatred in which Palin is held by the msm and both parties is a sure sign, without possibility of doubt, that Palin IS NOT a member of their tight little oligarchy. That ALONE is enough to insure my voting for her. What the hell, can she do worse than the treasonous Obama, Reid and Pelosi? At least she doesn’t hate America. Notice she says “us” when referring to America and Americans. The Parties and msm refer to “The Americans”, being quite sure to separate themselves from the Country. Well, real. patriotic Americans are going to seperate themselves from these elitist ba$tards.

oh i totally agree..
in Obama we have a smooth as silk Vabbling orator who preaches out
both sides of his mouth (hence, the chronic side to side head motion)..
whom just about everyone on the planet supposedly listens
to.. yet no one seems to have actually heard what he said..
then there’s Sarah Palin.. who not only tells it like it is, but honestly and straight from the heart.. her voice, however, has a distracting twang to it, but her messages are clear & understood (perhaps she could take some voice lessons, if she can find the time anyways)..
