The unstable kook at MSNBC continued his attacks on Scott Brown last night:

my guess is some of those numbers for msnbc are inflated because many fox viewers were tuning in to watch heads explode and spit fly.

ang,
I would be one of them. I watched the wake held by Chris Matthews and the tirade by Olbermann. I laughed so hard I thought I was going to wake up the kids!
I watched the episode with Chris Matthews and Howard Dean last night…..if Chris keeps talking sense like he has about this election he is going to lose his show!

Keith, here come the butterfly nets.
Chisum commented:
Now now, you must show tolerance.
Ken will be here in a minute accusing you all of being MEAN!

I used to hate bathtub boy, but the more I see these clips the more I am convinced he needs help – serious medical help. When hate morphs into downright pity, ‘ya know the recipient is sick. I hope he seeks and finds the mental health assistance he needs b-4 he hurts someone or kills himself (seriously) – wow
BadAttitude commented:
I here ya Tom63010.
Watching the 3 stooges (Matthews-Olberman-Maddow) at MSDNC get more stressed as the numbers trickled in was the best entertainment I’ve had in a while. Maddow was still holding out for the numbers to change with 60% of the vote in. Too funny

From the article Chisum linked:
Maddow added dirty campaigner to the charges. Her sense of fair play was violated by a Brown campaign ad in which his daughter complained about Coakley’s attacks on her father . . . Sniffed Maddow: “It`s like using your kid as a human shield.”
The “kids” are 19 and 21. They are old enough to vote.
Does this mean that the grown children of politicians can’t speak up? Or their parents will be accused of “using their kids as human shields?”
I didn’t realize that being the son or daughter of a politician meant you could never enter into the political world yourself as an adult.

KO is a human cartoon character. MSNBC is determined to maintain its death spiral by giving airtime to this fool.

Who’s keith olbermann?
Paul_In_Houston commented:
This is OLBERMANN we’re talking about.
What on Earth else would we expect?
As for Chris…
Chris Matthews (on Scott Brown’s victory in Massachusetts):
“We need to keep an eye on this guy; I don’t trust him.”
With all due respect Chris (meaning exactly what that phrase implies) I have a Hell of a lot more trust in a former Lieutenant-Colonel, who has served his country, than I do in a media hack who endorses someone for Commander-In-Chief because of a “tingle” in his leg.

I don’t, can’t, won’t ever watch that channel.
I went so far to delete that channel from ever showing up on my Directv satellite receiver boxes.
I feel so much better now.
Daniel commented:
Correction: not the receiver boxes, my TIVO machines.
Even better.
Listen up commented:
Was that foam I saw coming out of the corner of Keith’s mouth? I think Scott’s winning has pushed Keith over the edge of sanity. Lord knows Keith didn’t have far to go. Let us all hope he seeks help before he falls even further in the ratings. Granted, even to fall to the very bottom wouldn’t even cause a nose bleed. Hahahahahaaha!

Dwayne \"the canoe guy\" commented:
Olbermann would be furious if someone called him a ‘teabagger’ right up until they meant that he placed his genitals in someone else’s mouth and then he would calm down. Cuz that’s acceptable to call someone THAT.
Gringo commented:
Comparison of ratios of viewers for Hannity+OReilly + Beck compared to Olbermann viewers
March 2009 9
2010 Election 12
Those Fox programs had 9 times Olbermann’s viewers on a night in March 2009. For election night 2010: 12 times.
Viewers are voting with their feet.

I admit, I added to PMSNBC’s ratings Tuesday night cuz I just wanted to watch Olby & Madcow cry.

That’s Jeffrey Immelt, GE’s CEO you’re really hearing. MSNBC is owned by GE and subsidized by GE and it’s shareholders.

Hopefully, when Comcast takes majority control of NBC they’ll fire Zucker and reign in the vile and disgusting Ogremann.
Lenore commented:
Right now everyone knows who Chris and Keith are because we keep reading seeing and hearing them on conservative blogs and on conservative talk radio. YOU make them a household name.

We too, helped inflate MSNBCs numbers by watching for a short time so that we could see their little heads explode. Couldn’t help but feel dirty all over, but beer did help.

jim wilmers commented:
For several years, there have been numerous articles that the reason Olbermann keeps his job despite his abysmal ratings is because he’s very tight with an NBC programming executive.
None of them have ever named this person or explained the genesis of the relationship. But Keith’s constant use of the word “teabagger” suggests to me what it just might be.
Kevin commented:
So I guess someone has to come forward and prove their innocence to the “Judge and Jury, Trial by Media Oblermann?”
This is an old Saul Alinksy method, twist a story, and tell just part of a story, while not having anyone present to challenge you.
Sorry Keith, you’re not impressing or persuading anyone with your Saul Alinksy methods.
Alice L. commented:
Keith Overbite – does he still spill wine on his “girlfriends” as one reported in a blog a couple of years ago? Why do the commentators on MSLSD all have that constipated look?
keep fighting commented:
Even the libs cringe when that guy talks.
No one is watching him, which means no one, libs or non-libs.
I agree with many posters, here. He really, in all seriousness, seems to need a therapist of some sort.
NBC would contribute to his well being by firing him tomorrow.

I just pray that cameras are around when Bathtub Boy finally goes over the edge. I picture him in a fetal position being hauled away on a stretcher in a straightjacket. I will stay tuned for the Nov 2010 election results. That may be Keithie’s last broadcast.
USMC Thomas commented:
Olbermann is a sad, putrid example of the depths a once proud news organization has sunk. Libelous name calling presented as news opinion is not the NBC I grew up watching and one of the reasons I no longer watch network news.
BertoGem commented:
Hey, Keith is better today. He must have taken his meds.
Paul_In_Houston commented:
I really liked an earlier comment I made about Chris Matthews reaction to Scott Brown’s victory: “We need to keep an eye on this guy; I don’t trust him.”, and my rebuttal to it.
Unfortunately, I cannot find any evidence that he said that.
All I can find is a fairly outrageous one from Glenn Beck, who I do NOT recall ever watching, but whose quote is close to what I recall.
So, if I have managed to confuse Glenn Beck with Chris Matthews, I’m not at all sure who I should apologize to.

I have to admit I watched MSNBC just because i knew they would be having a hizzy fit. Keith did not let me down! He is just a complete and total ass. You should watch the clip of Stewart on the Comedy Channel doing him!
