Unbelievable!… Barack Obama Says We Can't Continue to Spend As if Hard-Earned Tax Dollars Were Monopoly Money

From the Man who tripled the national deficit in less than one year we get a lecture on spending…
On the same day that democrats voted for the largest expansion of government in decades.

When my administration walked through the door, the country faced a growing economic downturn as well as a deepening fiscal hole. Washington had passed massive tax cuts for the wealthy (producers) and an expensive new entitlement program without paying for any of it. Health care costs continued to rise, year after year. And little effort was made to cut wasteful spending. As a result, over the previous eight years, the national debt doubled — doubled. In January, the deficit stood at $1.3 trillion. And we had to make the difficult decision to add to the deficit in the short term to prevent the potential collapse of our economy.
But as I’ve said, in the long run, we can’t continue to spend as if deficits don’t have consequences; as if waste doesn’t matter; as if the hard-earned tax dollars of the American people can be treated like Monopoly money. That’s what we’ve seen time and time again. Washington has been more concerned about the next election than the next generation. It’s put off hard choices in spending bill after spending bill, budget after bloated budget.
By the way… Obama lied about the CBO estimate in his talk.

Correcting that error has no impact on the estimated effects of the legislation during the 2010–2019 period. Within the last week, Obama signed a bill that increases government spending for the next year by another 12%.
Somehow, he managed to sign this bill WITHOUT following his own rule of allowing the people to see it for 72 hours, and he never once mentioned the thousands of earmarks.

Now today, in all his glory, Obama again lies directly to the American people.

We are so much more fiscally sound and hasn’t he changed the way Washington works and hasn’t his concern for future generations assured their financial security. What a lying POS.
But I don’t seem to recall it being health care that caused the deficit to double. As I recall the deficits were being reduced by increasing revenues from tax cuts until the mortgage industry collapse. It seems to me it was people that muscled banks on the behalf of ACORN to make bad loans to the non-producers of this country that caused that.

I guess this is all part of Obama’s master plan to regain U.S. respect around the world, right? I’ve never really cared what anyone in Cuba’s government says, but Obama and the Left obviously do and this is what their hard diplomatic work has resulted in. Worst of all, he’s aggravated our real allies (e.g., UK) while trying to make friends with anti-American regimes like Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, etc., that have only rebuffed his attempts. The end result is that we look weaker, our enemies are emboldened, and they are trying to come up with other ways to take advantage of his limp-wristed “leadership” before he’s replaced by somebody not so weak, naive, and ignorant.
This is what happens when you elect a President that is a community organizer who lacks leadership experience, skill, and ability and instead should be a Democrat Party political operative, not leader of any sized organization, much less the most powerful nation in the world.

But it goes deeper than that. I don’t think he cares about people. He seems detached from his children, and seems to mainly fear his wife. They are like his accessories or something.
In fact, I can’t think of anyone he has ever cared for. He thinks he cares for various oppressed people in the abstract, but they are nothing but a stand-in for himself, and his own resentments.
I think he has some degree of attachment disorder. Certainly his life story lends itself to that.
I know this type well, because I have someone in my family like it. They can’t help it. They just really don’t, deep down, care about anyone, not like the rest of us do.
In Obama’s case, he does care for himself, and the elevation and glorification of same.
Lying means nothing to him, and he has no conscience, and doesn’t care what he says about others. There is only acquiring the end result he’s after, and that result is always either to honor himself, or to settle various murky scores he’s harbored for most of his lifetime.

A definition I found: Sociopaths are people without a conscience. They don’t have the normal empathy the rest of us take for granted. They don’t feel affection. They don’t care about others.
