Terrific!

Several local patriots welcomed the troops as they passed through St. Louis.
KSDK reported:

The service men and women are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood. The homecoming marks the first time many of the men and women will see their families since joining the service months ago.

“I can’t remember ever being this excited in my life,” Spc. Sosanka Sharma, from Houston, said.

The USO of Missouri, Inc. greeted the troops and provided food and entertainment as many of them waited to catch their flights.

    THANK YOU TROOPS!! (thumbsup)

& Thank You St. Louis Patriots & Hooters Girls!!

It Has Always Been The Soldier

    It is the soldier,
not the President who gives us democracy.

    It is the soldier,
not the Congress who takes care of us.

    It is the soldier,
not the Reporter who has given us Freedom of Press.

    It is the soldier,
not the Poet who has given us Freedom of Speech.

    It is the soldier,
not the campus [community] Organizer who
has given us the Freedom to Demonstrate.

    It is the soldier,
    who salutes the flag;
    who serves beneath the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
that allows the protester to burn the flag.

~ Father Dennis O’Brien, US Marine Corp. Chaplain

    God Bless America!

God Bless Soldiers everywhere for putting THEIR
lives on the line to protect us ALL from terrorism!

  2. Wow, in St. Louis your Hooters girls actually have hooters.

Out here in California there is some sort of state regulation against that, I believe.

  3. Thank you St. Louis for paying tribute to our brave and courageous troops!

As always, much gratitude to the troops for their loyal service and their commitment to defend the constitution and our country.

  4. Hooters girls? That is just sad.

    God Bless the American troops!

  5. “Hooters girls? That is just sad.”

Yeah . Very sad.I bet the male troops were deeply depressed about that.

  6. what about the l..bian troops? they must have been depressed too!

  9. Arm candy for hire.

  10. As other troops are being sent to A-Stan a week before Christmas. Tell me after dithering for more then 90 days why this administration could not have waited until after Christmas to send them.
God Bless Our Troops wherever they may be.

  11. Got a report from family members going thru Dallas-Ft.Worth airport yesterday and people were asked to clap for our troops – for any soldier coming thru the gates. LOTS of applause! Also, many nice people coming up to shake hands with any soldier they encountered … in California, too – today. Yep, guys in uniform were thanked in CA.

The American People are thanking and praising their troops. Who needs a snotty media or ass-backwards drug-addled Hollywood to act as piss-poor middle men?

  12. In some European countries school children are not allowed to sing “silent night” anymore, because it might “aggravate” or “insult” certain people. You know who. The “usual suspects”.

One of the recent bans happened in Zürich, Switzerland.
