North Korea Caught Smuggling Weapons Again

Joshua Stanton from One Free Korea reported this weekend at The New Ledger that North Korea, which was removed from the list of state sponsors of terrorism last year, has been caught smuggling weapons again. What a complete shock. It is likely they were heading to Iran.
