Missouri Billboard Warns Washington: Prepare for War

A new billboard off of Interstate 70 in Missouri warns government to “Prepare for War.”
The European Union Times reported:
A new billboard off of Interstate 70 in Missouri provides a short “citizens guide to REVOLUTION of a corrupt government” and issues a call to “PREPARE FOR WAR.”
This billboard replaces one that warned that the socialist “Obama-Nation” is “coming for you.” It’s unclear who the owner of the billboard is, but the first one was the work of a “Missouri businessman.”
While it’s unclear who owns it, the Lafayette County Republican Central Committee seems to endorse it.

I totally agree with Tammy, #7. I am tired of calling my elected officials, telling them of my concerns and they don’t represent ANY of my beliefs. I’m tired of writing emails, showing up to protests, faxing their offices…I KNOW I’m not the only one feeling that way. McCaskill’s favorable ratings are tanking in Missouri. Our governor is only just above in Obama in disapproval ratings.
Dontcha think these politicians would get a clue their stances are unpopular? Apparently they don’t care. This behavior is the same from the federal government all the way down to our local school board. THEY DON’T CARE. And then they are surprised when people talk revolution?

It may be our only resort. When they want to start selling us back the air we breathe through so called carbon credits, or seize all of the water in the country (Oberstar,) for their control, they have crossed the line. I’ll be damned if I am going to pay to snake oil salesman Gore and Oberstar as if they own the air, or water. They can go to hell! I would give up my own life, so my children have freedom, I’m sure the Revolutionary soldiers felt the same way.

I have secretly (until now) held the belief that the military will suppor the American people when we stop paying taxes, refuse to leave our foreclosed homes, hold non-violent take-overs of federal government centers and whatever else we can think of to oppose what’s been happening to our country the last 11 months.
If I had a job (been looking for some time now) I would for sure stop tax whithholding from my paycheck. I almost didn’t pay my tax bill last April but I chickened out. I wish I hadn’t.
I don’t plan to arm myself with fire-power. I would rather be killed than to live in a country without liberty. But I know many people who have armed themselves and will defend themselves.
I believe in the military.

I am so proud of Missouri! My dad was from there, and I lived in SE Missouri for about two years. Hated to leave, but went broke. Now, let’s put signs like this one in all of the other 49 states, along with one I saw in New Mexico: “No Amnesty! ” I watched a video that was submitted by one commenter. I am a member of my State Militia. The adverage citizen has no idea what is happening on their behalf. Former military, LEO’s and good people from the rural parts of our country are coming together, sharing ideas and ideals.
That billboard was not a warning to our government. That billboard was permission for those who are not sure about what to do, to seek out other like minded individuals. To get information and training. To prepare for what we pray will not come to pass.
Whoever paid for that billboard, if it is real and not photo shopped, deserves our respect and our prayers. I’m sure DHS will want to have a little chat with that individual soon.

It’s suspicious that the billboards haven’t been touched and McCaskill voted no. When has she been scared to ignore the people? It’s very Alinsky (making up a crisis to deal with and use).
Just to be sure, could someone post the guy that put the last billboard up, I need to check what companies he’s hooked up with and his past donations. I just can’t forget the shenanigans during the election (how Missouri cracked down through law enforcement, AG and the courts on private citizens).

I still hope some sites will dig into the election totals, they’ll be surprised what they find. No one wanted to listen to me cause it ‘sounded like the dems with Gore/Bush’, and ‘we’re too good to go there’, unreal.

I love the sentiment but it will get us nowhere. If we rise up we’ll be shot down. The Second Amendment is no longer effective: what civilian weapon system can stand against what the SWAT team of even a moderate city possesses?
And people will ultimately side with “law and order”. They know that violent resistance destroys what they have already. Violent resistance is for folks who have next to nothing.
It’s time instead to study the approach of such authors as Gene Sharp “The Clauswitz of Non-Violent Action”. You may denigrate such an approach, but one reason is because the propaganda has been effective. The government can’t stand against several million in non-violent resistance across the country.
But they can turn out the criminals and have plenty of room for at least six million violent resisters (the ones they don’t kill outright). Criminals are no threat to the state because they justify more taxes and a larger “law” force, so don’t kid yourself and think it’s impossible. Active resisters, however, would be a clear and present danger to those in power. Although violent resisters wouldn’t be so much a danger because it is legal to kill and lock them up. And most folks will just get scared and decide order is more desirable than the chaos of freedom fighting.
So go ahead and talk gun rights and violent resistance if you want to go exactly nowhere. The government has been studying how to work that angle in South America for the last several decades. I suspect they’ve about got it down. They’ve gotten pretty good at countering non-violent resistance too, but there is a lot more “development” possible there: afterall, governments have been putting down armed rebellions for the past three or four millenia — it’s hardly a new science.

Americans traditionally don’t like revolutionaries. Last, technically, it wouldn’t be a revolution. Better: A War of RESTORATION. This is an exercise in free speech and not a call to war so let us see how the government responds. Keep everything out in the open because dictatorships operate in secret. People diappear (Patriot Act) and dictatorships can succeed if the population is armed. Almost every gun owner in America is a felon waiting to happen so change the gun laws, restrict federal spending, and vote out every politician currently serving in congress and your state legislatures.
