This was their 27th defense of GLSEN founder Kevin Jennings and fisting in the last week.
Here is Media Matters’ latest clumsy response to the Fistgate Scandal involving Barack Obama’s Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings:
Oh, by the way, neither Hoft nor BigGovernment are acknowledging that Lott actually debunks one of the false smears they pushed – that “fisting kits” were distributed at a 2001 GLSEN event. According to Lott, “The kit was actually for making a “dental dam” — designed to prevent STD transmission during oral sex.” Which, of course, was pretty obvious, given that the kit reportedly consisted of “a single plastic glove, a package of K-Y lubricant,” and instructions titled “How to Make a Dental Dam From a Latex Glove.”
Did you get that?
GLSEN’s porn pushing on 14 year-olds was OK because they were instructing the young teens on how to build dental dams and not on how to fist.
Oh, that’s a relief.
After all, shouldn’t every child know how to build a dental dam?
It’s now clear that Media Matters will go to any length to defend any perverted act by any Obama Administration official. Even if they have to defend child porn books and dental dam techniques to do it.
How sad.

Here’s their latest rant defending child porn promoter Kevin Jennings:
Despite such an overwhelmingly clear record, some have legitimized Breitbart’s websites as nothing more than a response to The Huffington Post, which ironically, he helped found. To cite but one example: Jim Hoft, the BigGovernment writer currently spearheading the Kevin Jennings assault, is also the man behind Gateway Pundit, a conservative blog as unconcerned with accuracy as Breitbart himself.
They really need to quit defending this porn promoter.

In your blog you have EXPLICITLY printed the material in the books (much to my distress)children are being given in our government run schools. How you can interpret that as misrepresenting what is going on is beyond me. But in this day and age when contracts with criminal organizations have to be honored, per judge’s orders (Acorn)and illegals stealing citizen’s identities are protected by our judges….I’m getting carried away, but you get my drift…..anything seems to be rationalized.

Tammy, the only reference that I know of to a “dental dam” is something my dentist puts in when he is doing oral surgery to keep the operating area free of blood and saliva.

Personally, I call that TMI (too much information). I was able to assume that it had something to do with sex because of the controversy, but had never heard (nor ever wanted to hear) of it in that context.

So if we ask any of these kids a random question about some American historical figure like, who was George Washington and what was he famous for, or Ike Eisenhower and what he did, it’s almost guaranteed that they’ll get it wrong because THAT wasn’t taught in school.

Anyone – such as media matters – who defends this trash is a big part of the problem; and is nowhere close to the solution.

Dentists used to used to use them. Probably still do. They were used to prevent moisture interfering during a procedure. It consists of a square of heavy rubber or latex attached to a frame. The material from a latex glove isn’t heavy enough to be useful to a dentist nor for for their purpose. Call your dentist up and ask – it’s been 30 yrs. since I worked in my father’s office & the dear man is 81.
A makeshift device intended to prevent STDS among middle school students? Sure! Never heard such a device being recommended to heterosexual adults.

Depending on your level of denial, I have a great audio of the lesson. Second, I would site Jennings recommendation to ‘keep quiet’ for a 15 year old boy having a sexual relationship with an adult male who brought him back to his apartment after meeting in a public restroom. Come to think of it, I could go on forever with Jennings ‘alleged’ past (I use alleged because he might just be misunderstood), yet I will leave you with this final thought: Not only should Jennings be removed, he should be forced to register with the state and never be allowed near a single child again-unless of course, you would feel comfortable hiring him to watch over your own children?
For being at such a loss for words in this matter, I am astonished I managed this many. Goodnight my clever, confused friend.”

Without going into TMI descriptions here, you don’t need KY jelly to make or use a dental dam. But you do need it for fisting…
I don’t have a problem with adults involved in what some might call “sexually deviant”behavior. I have a serious problem, though, with them teaching such acts to minors, for any reason. There’s plenty of time for sexual exploration and expression once a person has reached adulthood, and certainly more than enough educational material available online, if you simply search for it. No need whatsoever to be teacing this in schools. How about, instead, we return to teaching useful things like literature, mathematics, history, foreign languages, music, art, the sciences, etc. in our schools, rather than fisting, oral sex, and everything else the left seems obsessed with?

Whats ironic is that the same scum in favor of teaching Safe Fisting to middle school students will cringe if you bring up teaching handgun safety.
See, right or wrong, the Left thinks “exposing” children to handguns will make them more likely to experiment with handguns. So when Jennings introduces young boys to fisting perversions, and follows up with advice to not tell anyone about sex with adults, he’s just harvesting future sex partners.

Recently I happened to read part of Bob Hamer’s book “The Last Undercover.” A large portion of the book is devoted to NAMBLA and he writes quite a bit about their goal of lowering and/or doing away with age of consent laws. Then the other day I stumbled across a Media Matters post about Jennings (I didn’t realize there were so many) that claimed that Fox News had mischaracterized the boy as 15, when he actually was “16 and of legal age.” I double-checked to make sure I was on Media Matters and not some sort of NAMBLA site, although I am not sure that the distinction matters after reading this post.
