Hero Dick Cheney slammed the Obama Administration for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
FOX Nation reported on this Politico interview:
On the eve of the unveiling of the nation’s new Afghanistan policy, former Vice President Dick Cheney slammed President Barack Obama for projecting “weakness” to adversaries and warned that more workaday Afghans will side with the Taliban if they think the United States is heading for the exits.
In a 90-minute interview at his suburban Washington house, Cheney said the president’s “agonizing” about Afghanistan strategy “has consequences for your forces in the field.”
“I begin to get nervous when I see the commander in chief making decisions apparently for what I would describe as small ‘p’ political reasons, where he’s trying to balance off different competing groups in society,” Cheney said.
“Every time he delays, defers, debates, changes his position, it begins to raise questions: Is the commander in chief really behind what they’ve been asked to do?”

There is no end to Obama’s attempts to weaken this country no matter how many must die. The 52% should be very proud of their vote.

When Dick Cheney talks, I listen. And I’ll bet Barack Obama does too. Heh You tell’em Dick!

Let ‘em try and spin that! Cheney proactively sets the narrative for tonight’s Orwellian redefinition of why we’re in Afghanistan…and is this president behind the troops? – hell no, he doesn’t give a hoot about them, except where it might benefit him politically!

Hope and Change, baby!
Remember when Barack Obama promised to strengthen relationships with our allies? Few have been as close as Canada, especially on the war in Afghanistan. Canadians have fought hard on the front lines in numbers that have only been surpassed by the UK among Coalition forces. So when it comes to war planning and new strategies, it only figures that Canada’s Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, would be on the short list for personal consultation with President Obama, right?

Sadly for us, Cheney is too smart to run for elected office again.
Happily for us, he’s more than smart enough to have major impact as a now-private citizen. & to tie his opponents in knots.

God bless him, Cheney is the anti-anti-Christ..

Thanks to Jesus that Cheney will continue to be shouting from the sidelines in his twilight years, cautioning us that we have to protect Afghanistan’s right to eternal tribal warfare.

Couldn’t help but think of Palin as Sarge described Cheney, the private citizen, tying his opponents in knots. (#7)
Love people who call ‘em as they see ‘em. And those two are really helping the cause.

Cheney.. even from the sidelines, without even raising his voice, he buries you with the sheer force of his logic.
MikeGSP commented:
To be fair, Cheney didn’t say Obama was giving aid and comfort to the enemy. He said he was showing weakness.

How Presidential of him.
To remedy his incapacity to make decisions, give Obama a pistol and parachute him into the Afghan hills.

Thank God for Dick Cheney! Always on HIGH ALERT to protect America from the evils of Islamo-fascism!
Oh wait, I’m probably being really stupid here but can anyone tell me how you keep America safe from another Muslim terrorist atrocity by leaving her borders wide open? I’m pretty sure millions were allowed (that’s the word for it) to sneak across the southern border AFTER 9/11. Lots of Korans and Islamic prayer mats in the garbage these invading hordes leave behind.
If my house was burgled and I went out to find those responsible I don’t think I’d leave my front and backdoor wide open whilst doing so. Still, when you consider the planet-sized genius that is THE CHENEY maybe I just don’t get it hurrr durrr.
Jim Beam commented:
Kudos to battle-hardened faux soldier Cheney for keeping America’s interests safe, and by America’s interests, I mean the unstoppable juggernaut that is the defense industry. Good luck to Obama on stopping that one.

God Bless Dick Cheney- he could be just relaxing at this point at his cabin… but he cares too much to kick it while Team Obama drive us off a cliff.
It wasn’t easy to win the Iraq war while half our population and lawmakers turned on Bush/Cheney, wanted to surrender and cut-and-run– but they showed the perserverence and courage to do the right thing with Gen Patraeus… while the treasonous press played them as stubborn fools.
History might question the understaffed occupation, but Bush/Cheney had the wisdom to make adjustments and persevere, creating a successful democracy in the heart of the middle east… and ridding the world of a horrible monster in the process.
Now with the victory at hand that Obama and others did everything they could to prevent in 2006, this may just be the introduction of freedom to the Arab states… an incredible accomplishment.
Remember, a lot of people fought Reagan every step of the way, like Joey “Plugs” Biden, right up until our Cold War victory.
Team Obama “know” an awful lot of things that simply aren’t true- and will be soon embarassed by events on the world stage, as this crew is in way, way over their heads.
Solaratov commented:
Well, obama couldn’t get the USA to cut and run from Iraq – but, now that he’s “president” he can sure get’er done in A-stan.
He’ll announce in his speech tonight that we’ll begin to pull out in 19 (nineteen) months.
Aid and comfort? Naaaah.

Hey Dick Cheney…Mr. face blaster…Mr. co-destroyer of the US…Mr. if I were most people I’d be UNDER a jail: Your first (nick/short) name TOTALLY encompasses who and what you are! How any brainless, dogmatic partisan could loyally follow this man or sing his praises or even LISTEN objectively to what he spews is BEYOND reason?? But my guess is they’re simply miniature “Dicks”. I picture nesting dolls in the form of increasingly smaller phalluses…but still just a bunch of penises!
