A crazed liberal threw a tomato at Sarah Palin tonight at her Mall of America book signing. The tomato hit a police officer in the face instead. He was arrested.
FOX News reported:
A man was arrested for allegedly throwing two tomatoes at Sarah Palin from the second floor balcony during a book signing event at the Mall of America in Minnesota, MyFoxTwinCities.com. reported.
Neither tomato came close hitting the former 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee, but did hit a police officer in the face, the station reported.
The unidentified man may face charges for assaulting a police officer, according to the station.
Die-hard supporters treated the event like another Black Friday, lining up outside in freezing weather before the mall doors opened at 5 a.m.

Jeremy Paul Olson, who Bloomington police identified as “a local man with no permanent address” and whose age was not immediately released, threw a tomato toward Palin from a second floor rotunda about 2 p.m.
The tomato missed Palin by about 10 feet — and instead splattered a Bloomington police commander in charge of the security detail, in the eye. Another officer was also struck by the pulpy shrapnel.

I am glad the guy was arrested. He was probably jealous of Palin, like many Liberals are. Palin is a very intelligent lady, I did read the book. Palin could very well be the new REAL hope for America, not like the fake one sitting in office now.

I trust the security detail for Palin takes this VERY seriously, and will respond accordingly. She should be getting all the protection that the POTUS gets.
