More hope and change…
Barack Obama called a special meeting today at the Copenhagen junk science conference.
The Chi-coms blew him off.
The Independent reported:

At an emergency meeting convened at the Bella Center this morning, Barack Obama and Gordon Brown assembled 26 heads of state in an attempt to revive a deal. But China’s Premier Wen Jiabao did not attend and was replaced by vice foreign minister He Yafei.

This afternoon, the US president and his secretary of state Hillary Clinton called another meeting with China, but were snubbed again when only three low-level Chinese delegates arrived.

  1. Too bad – so sad!

  2. This makes me feel pretty sad for our country.

  3. No respect for the ‘thuglette in chief ‘

  4. ain’t that a shame?

Ear Leader fails again….. who could have predicted that?

  5. What….no Hopium?

  6. I have predicted that! Looks like even America’s greatest enemies are so tired and fed up with this mediocrity that I won’t be surprised when they announce one day that they have been feeling much more comfortable with Bush than Nobama.

Perhaps even they will give sigh of relief when Sarah wins her presidency.

At least they will be dealing with the adversary they could respect…

  7. The real problem here is that the Chicoms know, really know that AGW is BS. And if they know, they have Obama over a barrel.

How would Obama look, if after a conference with the Chinese, the Chinese announced that AGW was a hoax, and they said Obama knew it was a hoax?

The Chinese and lots of other heads of govt know that Obama is lying or an idiot.

  8. I wonder if President Toonces is keeping score on the Chinese?
    Ya think they care?
    Nah.

  9. Confucius says,
    ‘Obama smart, Jiabao, smarter.

  10. This is what happens to those that bow to totalitarianists.

  11. Opie is posing. He’s pretending to be in charge. Foreign leaders don’t buy it. Obama runs his mouth and the only thing he has to back his fat fat moronic mouth is OUR MONEY.

  12. Teh obama thought he would ride in and carry the day with the global warming hoax and he crawls away with his tail between his legs.
Never thought I would ever be thankful for China, but these are strange days.

  13. Still sucks that the idiot is pledging 100 billion more of our dollars to 3rd world craphole nations like Africa and Detroit for this fake global warming joke.

LOL The Chinese are really good at “community organizing” and to them Zero is a rank amateur.

  15. What’s the problem? Charisma not working on those blasted Chinese Commies??

  16. How sad is it that its come to this?

That we collectively cheer when the Chinese refuse to meet with our President. Obama has taken the presidency to a new low.

  17. For a second there, I thought the top line was Chi-Coms Blow UP Obama at Copenhagen Junk Science Meeting.

I erred and that was confirmed when I saw the following quote from one of the Chinese delegation: “We brow off clazy Kenyan/Hawaiian think he do ok when bow to us. Sclew him and holse he lode in on.”

    ———–

OK, somewhat dangerous snark, but I had to. Simply had to.

  18. The chicoms respected Shrub more than Blue Lips.

Can’t wait until Cheney announces his candidacy

  19. “Smart diplomacy” at work. The way our representatives presented our case was condescending and thus insulting to the Chinese. Although their current frame of mind doesn’t concern me, I can’t help but think that the “cowboy diplomacy” group could have had better results.

The Chinese know a flake when they see one.

  20. Damn, those Chinese are smart!

Both the Chinese and the Russians have warned Zero to not take the U.S. down the Communist black hole. Does he heed their advice? Not he.

  22. The government media in Canada was incensd that Obam disssed Premier Harper. Harper on teh other hand would hav epreferred to be at his dentist rather than in Copenhagen.

Canada suffers from a Liberal legacy of horrendous societal structures, but pur PM has a spine and prefers friendship with god to kowtowing to the one-world, UN, fart heads.

Givven the choice, I think Stevern Harper would rather eat puke than chat with Obama.

  23. Sorry, but I don’t hav my glasses and I tink my typing may hav a few misdakes.

  24. Heh! Dear Leader Hussein scurried back to Copenhagen in a blizzard with Shrillary and Pelousy in tow probably because he (they) see(s) his (their) health care pyramid scheme collapsing and he (they) need(s) to beg for Chinese money.

Yahoo News puts a different spin on this (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091219/ap_on_sc/climate). Dear Leader used the moron Gordon Brown as a “human shield” – likely to hold the begging bowl. It does look like he got a modest amount of money for the “New World Order” (ahem, climate change) over a number of years. Not quite the rape of the American taxpayer the nefarious 3 wanted.

  25. 0bama:

Let me set the record straight. I was the person doing the blowing. I personally gave a BJ to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and South African President Jacob Zuma.

I followed Kevin Jennings etiquette and swallowed – not one drop on the carpet. If only school children would follow my example the world would a better place.

I’ll have you know that the meeting lead to an unprecedented accord. From now on at every climate meeting I will be the butt boy. The only part I did like was when Michelle got into the act; grabbed me by the ear and gave me a good fisting – with her diamond ring. It was quite scratchy. My a$$ is still healing.

My B-jobs in Copenhagen is done. Now it time to get back to make all schools safe to fist in.

Also, I must ensure that Harry Dick Reid gets the 60 votes. It he doesn’t he will get the fisting of his life. My Jumbo Jet is running and I have to look busy. Good day.

  26. I must congratulate Obama on exceeding my expectations. Before he went to Copenhagen, I did not believe his second trip could be less successful than his first. I was wrong!

Copenhagen is Obama’s version of Waterloo!!!

  28. Remember $4.00 per Gallon Gasoline? Just Wait.

Despite Kyoto, despite Copenhagen, despite the New Green Economy and despite the Democratic Party, world oil demand is expected to increase by 0.8 to 1.5 million barrels a day in 2010, depending on the source of your forecast. That kind of increased demand could lead to a substantial increase in oil prices; when demand exceeds production capability by just a little bit, the price reaction is usually pretty strong.

What has the Obama Administration done to prepare for such an eventuality?

    Nothing. Well, nothing positive.

  29. This guy is an embarassment. But far worse, he is dangerous. He and his entire cast of communists can not be sent packing soon enough. Then we have a huge task to undo the damage that they have done.

  30. I am so proud of China… now if they can just stop lending money to this corrupted goverment and expose certain people so they can be throwed out we could work hard to pay you back. Hint … Hint

    We know you know things!

  31. Will we be able to undo all their damage? That is my concern.
