Barack Obama Gives Himself a B+ For Tripling Deficit & Nearly Doubling Unemployment in One Year

So what would an “F” look like?
Barack Obama told Oprah Winfrey last night that he deserved a B+ for the year.
After all… Obama and Democrats only tripled the national deficit in less than one year.
Obama increased the national debt to $12 Trillion.
And he nearly doubled the unemployment rate since the Bush years with his failed Stimulus Plan.
If his goal was to destroy the US economy then a B+ would fit.

Either way, I don’t like the bell shaped curve he’s grading himself on.

texmom is right on the money — he’s grading himself relative to what he had hoped to accomplish by now.
Medicine isn’t socialized yet. Cap and tax hasn’t jacked up utility costs yet. Guantanamo Bay isn’t closed yet. Terrorists aren’t tried in civilian court yet (and subsequently freed). Troop levels had to be increased in Afghanistan instead of decreased. Look at all the stuff he wanted to accomplish during his first year. The whole time he was screaming “emergency”, “we HAVE to get these things done ASAP without thinking or reading legislation”.
All he managed to do was socialize a few car companies and banks, but the rest of that crap is actually in progress. He’s gotten the ball rolling on all of his goals, so he gives himself a B+.
The rest of America sees the defecit, the national debt, unemployment, looming increases in healthcare and utility costs, and increased costs on EVERYTHING if Pelosi gets her VAT, and we say F!

We give him a failing grade because there are many that still believe he is representing America.
He gives himself a B+ because he is very close to taking America down financially and because he represents the global community, not ‘one arrogant nation’.

Right now I am answering emails from college students who have just seen their fall semester grades. Surprise – they all think they deserve a higher grade than the points they earned. Shocking, huh? Obama is simply displaying the feel-good, self-esteem-based education system he grew up with!
