Sarah Palin released the cities and dates of her “Going Rogue” book tour tonight.

Sarah Palin added this about her Fort Hood visit:
I’m especially looking forward to meeting our brave men and women in uniform at Fort Hood. I’m joining the efforts of many others by donating my royalties from the book sales during our stop at Fort Hood to the families of the victims whose lives have been forever changed by the tragic events of November 5th. I am humbled to be able to join the larger effort called “Community Response to 11/5,” which was established by the Central Texas-Fort Hood Chapter of the Association of the US Army (AUSA). You can read more about their great efforts here: http://www.forthoodausa.org/.

Thank you Sarah for supporting our troops, although I know this comes from your heart and love for them and our country.
Pat the First commented:
She is going to be within miles from my store. You can bet I will be there. However, I knew she was going to be in my city visiting family. Doesn’t surprise me that she will have a book signing here.

In your case yes.
You have nothing else.
HatlessHessian commented:
Sioux City and not Omaha? WTF? Who are the clowns setting this agenda? Sounds like McCain-quality people to me.
Omaha is one of the strongest bases of libertarian tea-party goodness. Sioux City, a minor union-influenced locale (and 10% the population), can’t begin to compete.
The key for Palin will be understanding how to access and motivate her reform-oriented base, without getting relegated to the basement. From this list, I’m not optimistic. Her planners clearly don’t understand how to book appropriate venues and recognize the communities of significance in her progression.

I wish she was coming to CA.

This sucks. I am a wimp and she is pro-military. She could beat me to a pulp in the next election.
Axelrodddd!!!! This has gone too far. She must be stopped. If not, you are going under the bus.
Liz v commented:
Sarah! What about those of us imprisoned in blue states. She won’t even be close to NYC! That is a little sad of her
Gary commented:
HatlessHessian,
It’s only an hour and a half drive to Sioux City from Omaha. It is also scheduled on a Sunday so that I won’t miss work. This means going to early Mass and a road trip for me.

I live in such a blue state that we have 2 idiots in the Senate that we can’t get voted out because of unions. We have had 2 elections stolen by ACORN (and some ACORN workers convicted and jailed for voter fraud) . . . and she is coming to our state! I guess we are really lucky!
Ruth commented:
Sarah Palin is a class act! Refreshing after the politicians we’ve seen lately.
Nice to see someone actually helping the Ft. Hood families instead of the usual Obama photo op.

That’s it? lol
Interestingly enough, both of obama’s novels have been remaindered at $3.95; and pelosi’s at $2.95.
Just a thought.
Suzy commented:
Sorry Sarah will not be anywhere in Oregon, but understand. No capitalists dwell in this forced park between the mountains and the Pacific. Oregon’s only employment is government. You have to be rich to live here.
