Chicago-Style Politics Strikes Again–
First it was insurance companies, then doctors, then FOX News and now the Obama Administration is attacking the US Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business federation representing 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions. The purpose of the Chamber of Commerce is to fight for free enterprise. That is why they opposed cap-&-tax and the democrats’s nationalized health care plans.
No wonder the Obama Administration hates them.
Tonight Charles Krauthammer responded to Obama’s “gutter-style Chicago politics”:
Via the Hope For America
The US Chamber of Commerce spent $35 million in the 2008 campaign.
There are reports that the Chamber could spend $70-100 million in the 2010 campaign.

Let’s hope so. The anti-capitalist radicals in the White House have done nothing to help American small businesses since they moved in.

Of course! That’s their goal to destroy America.

What do you expect? If you got one-trick pony Axelrod advising Obama, he end up with gutter mentality.

“Nonetheless, has there ever been a presidential nominee with a wider gap between his estimation of himself and the sum total of his lifetime achievements?
“Obama is a three-year senator without a single important legislative achievement to his name, a former Illinois state senator who voted “present” nearly 130 times. As president of the Harvard Law Review, as law professor and as legislator, has he ever produced a single notable piece of scholarship? Written a single memorable article? His most memorable work is a biography of his favorite subject: himself. ~ Charles Krauthammer
From his column titled: “The Audacity of Vanity.”

Actually, Krauthammer said, “Chicago-style gutter politics.” (at 5:27)

ObamaCare Debate Risks Lives of More U.S. Troops
President Barack Obama is betting his presidency on the success of his health-care bill. The politics of health care may now be costing troops their lives in Afghanistan.

The Obama administration is a disaster. Worst leader in the history of mankind.

Could someone verify the claim that the CoC represents 3 million businesses? I was told the actual number is closer to 300,000.
Does anyone have a verifiable reference on the correct number?
penny commented:
Killing off small businesses is in the cards as it is far easier and more efficient to bully the big multi-national corporations into submission or nationalize them.
When this smarmy group of Marxists hit the White House they had a game plan they had been working on for years.
I wonder if those those seemingly normal middle class Americans in lily white Iowa that put this monster on the road to the White House are pleased with their decision?
What’s scary is that dictatorships depend on hubris and ignorance to stay in power. Have we sunk that low here?

Fitting. How often do we see food wrappers in the gutter?

‘Who will the administration go after next?’
Who indeed? Hmm….

Considering the attitude of the Administration toward those who criticize *them* (unAmerican, not a news organization, get in their face, we bring a gun, on and on, ad infinitum), I don’t think that’s a stretch.
Ken commented:
I think it’s a huge stretch to say this administration is talking any tougher about its opponents than the previous one did. Just for starters, “un-American” is how they sold opposition to the “Patriot” Act.
