In her anti-capitalist segment this morning bashing Goldman Sachs, MSNBC host Contessa Brewer confuses Rev. Jesse Jackson for Rev. Al Sharpton:
Too much.
It’s a good thing Contessa is not a dude. Jesse has a reputation for threatening to cut off his rival’s private parts.

Imagine if oreilly or beck had made the same mistake, there would be boycotts and calls for firings and the “racist” word would be hurled at the offending commentator.
She got off too easy. No doubt olbeirman and maddow will have a little talk with her to straighten her out. MSNBC has high standards to live to.

That IS funny, and I fully support using it as an opportunity to mock smug liberal journalists, However, it seems likely that the confusion is due not to Jackson and Sharpton both being black but rather to both being conscienceless racist scum.

Does this dumb broad not know what the rest of the world knows? Even though both are black they look nothing alike. They have both been on tv and in the news until we are sick of looking at them but most of us can tell at a glance which is which. But it was choice to see Jackson correct her.
