Honduran Leader's Nephew Murdered Execution Style – Possible Political Attack By Leftists

The 24 year-old nephew of Honduran President Roberto Micheletti was found murdered execution-style in a woodland near Choloma.
The BBC reported:
The nephew of the interim President of Honduras Roberto Micheletti has been found dead in what the police are calling an execution-style killing.
Enzo Micheletti’s body was discovered on Sunday in woodland near Choloma, 250 km north of the capital, Tegucigalpa.
Police say his hands were tied behind his back and his body was riddled with bullets.
There is no indication that his death is connected to the coup that brought his uncle to power at the end of June.
The 24-year-old’s body was discovered on Sunday two days after he had been reported missing.
The body of another unidentified man was found nearby.
The AFP is reporting that the murder may have been politically motivated.
The Honduran government ousted Leftist President Manuel Zelaya in June. The ousted leader remains holed up in the Brazilian embassy.

Next-door neighbor Ortega just accomplished the term-extension that Zelaya had attempted. I guess Ortega didn’t need to analyze the tea-leaves too closely to know there wouldn’t be resistance from the US admin.

The assassination of Mr. Michelettis nephew sounds strangely to the attempts in the late 80s to neutralize Daniel Ortega. He was told to hold democratic elections or one of his relatives would be killed. They even gave a date that the persone would be assassinated, and Ortega was tole that if he didnt align, he would be killed two weeks after his relative. Ortega hopped right in line. Sounds alot like he tried to use the same tactic on Micheletti.
