ACORN's Party Likely Stole NY Election– Fraud Investigation Turns Up Bogus Ballots

Members of the Working Families Party are accused of stealing a New York election with bogus absentee ballots.
FOX News reported that thirty-eight forged or fraudulent ballots have been thrown out, according to records at the Rensselaer County Board of Elections in Troy, N.Y. Enough votes, an election official admits, to likely have tipped the November election to the Democrats.

Brian Suozzo voted with an absentee ballot in the Working Families Party primary on Sept. 15 because, as his application stated, he was “at home recovering from medical procedure.”
Jessica Boomhower’s application said she would be attending a “work conference in Boston.”
Michael Ward couldn’t vote in person because he was “taking care of elderly parent.”
Kimberlee Truell was on a “Bus trip to casino,” as was Miguel Vazques.
The only problem with these absentee ballot records at the Rensselaer County Board of Elections in Troy, N.Y., is that they’re phony, voters and investigators say — and they’ve prompted what’s being called an unprecedented investigation of suspected voter fraud.
Thirty-eight forged or fraudulent ballots have been thrown out — enough votes, an election official admits, to likely have tipped the city council and county elections in November to the Democrats. Candidates would have been able to run both on the Democratic and Working Families Party lines in two weeks, and that could have given the Democrats in the general election.
A special prosecutor is investigating the case and criminal charges are possible. New York State Supreme Court Judge Michael Lynch ruled that there were “significant election law violations that have compromised the rights of numerous voters and the integrity of the election process.”
Among the reasons cited on the fraudulent forms for absentee voting: “traveling to Buffalo,” attending a “screen printing conference in Syracuse,” “working late shift,” “working construction,” and “home — ill.”
“Someone took my signature and voted with it and I felt extremely violated,” Suozzo told Fox News. He is a soft-spoken 28-year-old environmental engineer who says he never saw, let alone signed, the Working Families Party Absentee ballot application that carried his supposed signature. He was flabbergasted that someone would vote for him and submit it.
…The Working Families Party has recently gained strength, and controversy, in New York. Republican and Democratic candidates in the Empire State can also run on third party lines, such as the Working Families Party, as well as the Liberal, Conservative, and Independence parties, among others. The extra line means extra votes that could bring victory.
Hillary Clinton garnered 2.7 percent of her total votes from the WFP line when she first ran for Senate in 2000, which increased to 5 percent of her total vote in 2006. In September, Clinton’s former campaign manager for her 2000 Senate run, New York City Councilman Bill DeBlasio, who has been endorsed by the WFP, beat two long-established politicians in the Democratic primary. Critics also accuse the Working Families Party of having a long association with the troubled activist group, ACORN. Bertha Lewis, ACORN’s CEO, is one of the party’s co-founders. The New York Times reported this month that “Patrick Gaspard, the White House political director, worked with ACORN in New York to set up the Working Families political party and sat on the party’s board with Ms. Lewis.”
The WFP has also endorsed New York Democratic Sen. Kristen Gillibrand, who was one of only seven Senators who voted against cutting federal housing funds to ACORN in September.
But the jockeying for a candidate to win the Working Families Party line may have crossed the line in Troy.

This is exactly why Democrats have pushed through all-absentee voting in my state (WA) and so many others. It makes stuffing the ballot box so much easier. If your state doesn’t already have mandatory absentee voting, look for it soon. In fact, I bet Democrats will try to push it at the national level before the next election.

Jimbo, these allegations are for local elections and do not have national implications, so the DoJ is not the lead. Unfortunately, the AG of NY is a Dem, so he might shut it down. After all, he is thinking of running for governor, and he might need those extra votes…

Even without fraud the thing is dirty. Awhile back a WFP worker came around here in Connecticut to get me to vote for the Dem candidate but make sure I chose the WFP line and not the Dem.
The candidate was fine by this. WFP needed to get to a certain percentage and then they would receive public funding as a political party.

Keep in mind another parallel here:
Obama is postponing making a decision to back up our young men and women in combat in Afghanistan because he is concerned about voting irregularities and wants to wait to see how investigations turn out there. In the meantime, Afghanistan is concerned about voting irregularities in the US—or they should be.

It is law in North Carolina that a voter must show a picture ID when voting. This was not true of early voting. I asked the poll worker if she didn’t want to see my driver’s license and she told me it was not necessry for early voting.
My theory was that Acorn and other Obama workers who went around the neighborhoods canvassing votes and when a citizen said they were not going to vote these canvassers voted for them. I also read that the dems voted for recently dead people. One mother of a teen- ager killed in a traffic accident said she was shocked that her daughter was listed as voting for Obama. The family is stout republican. There was a lot of shenigans going on. I still can’t believe that North Carolina went to Obama.

The easiest, best by far, way to commit voter fraud is to flood, overwhelm, and contaminate the absentee ballot pool. Which is actually pretty easy to do.

When proof was available in many past elections of voter fraud, registration fraud in democrat controlled states, Investigations that were started- magically couldn’t find enough proof for convictions or have been endlessly delayed.

For years the democrats have been working at the local level to control certain key positions. The 2000 election in Florida also taught them a lot and you can see they concentrated on getting election to positions that controlled the elections inside the state. The payoff was in Minn. and Washington, as in probably a half dozen other localities.
Pay attention. We are at war. There are no rules other than being the last man standing. The Dems will do whatever they need to do to win. You can see how they are attacking business, FOX, Beck, and the Internet- anything they deem as a threat to their plan to control our world.
Only standing together and fighting back hard will stall them. Getting rid of them will be twice as hard and maybe not possible, under the current rules we chose to follow.

This is how Obama won the Harris County, Houston , Texas caucus, in the primaries.
Harris County has a regular primary (voting machines, etc) and a caucus. The primary, with identification required, was handily won by Hillary Clinton. The caucus, which required no ID and could be attended by out-of-staters with Acorn registrations from people who couldn’t get to the voting machines, was won by Barak Obama.
2 weeks after the election, our Houston Chronicle, after researching this information, found that 4,000 dead people had attended the caucus and voted for Obama. Bussed in, probably, assigned those names, by Acorn or SEIU.
Texas is now moving to abolish the caucus permanently, and count the actual primary (with ID and true registration) as our true primary.
This crap happened all over the country during the primaries.
It is how Obama won Iowa…..false voters bussed in, from Illinois.

I’m from that general region of the Northeast and in fact lived in Troy for a while before moving to the South. This is right next door to Albany, the center of all the corrupt politics in the Empire (state). I hate to sound cynical, and I certainly can’t back the statement up with anything whatsoever, but my suspicion is that if this scandal is breaking now, it’s only to hide a bigger one somewhere (not necessarily in Troy). I don’t know, of course, but that’s how things go in New York state (and probably elsewhere, too, of course, but especially in New York). It wouldn’t surprise me at all to see all this Acornish smoke being used a screen for something we will find out about (if we find out at all) some time in the future, when it’s safe to expose corruption, as always, in the past tense.
