Another Liberal Fairy Tale: "Charlie Wilson's War"

It was a week of fairy tales:
— There was the fairy tale remarks that landed Bill Clinton on his knees at the alter of Al.

— There was Hillary writing another fairy tale about how the mean Obama campaign is twisting her words.

— Finally, there was this movie review by historian Paul Kengor at The American Thinker of the fairy tale Charlie Wilson’s War.

In his examination of the liberal fairy tale Kengor concludes:

“Simply put, the movie vastly exaggerates the influence of Charlie Wilson at the expense of individuals who were equally or even far more influential, and who somehow are not mentioned whatsoever — a gross, intentional, and rather shameless oversight.”

Kengor writes a terrific review of the liberal fantasy based on historical facts from the era– not Hollywood wishes.
