Thanks to A.M. Mora y Leon for the heads up on tomorrow’s disgusting Leftist operation.
Here is what the organization says about their plans for the parade tomorrow:

Local and national pro-Impeachment and pro-Peace American citizens will stage non-violent protests and demonstrations throughout the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California, on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 beginning at 6:00 a.m. with support from Cindy Sheehan and the Camp Casey Peace Institute. The convergence of activists at Orange Grove and Colorado, by Pasadena’s Norton Simon museum, is
called the White Rose Coalition in honor of the resistance movement in Munich in 1942. The White Rose Coalition includes members of the Los Angeles National Impeachment Center (LANIC), CODEPINK, The Backbone Campaign, Troops Out Now Coalition, World Can’t Wait, ANSWER, Progressive Democrats of America, the Green Party, Veterans for Peace, United for Peace and Justice, and others. Starting at 10:15 am, the peace and impeachment activists will march down Colorado from the Norton Simon to the east steps of Pasadena City Hall (by Euclid and Colorado) where Cindy Sheehan and other peace activists will hold a press conference on Impeachment and the Iraq War at 11 am. Visuals and props will be gathered there and part of the procession. The groups are calling for impeaching George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for high crimes and misdemeanors, and to end U.S. occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan. Rep. Dennis Kucinich [OH] has sponsored two resolutions in Congress to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney: H. Res. 333 and H. Res. 799. He is drafting an extended version relating to President Bush. The patriots gathered on January 1, 2008 will be sending a strong pro-Impeachment and pro-Peace message to this Administration in opposition to the continuing occupations of Iraq, Afghanistan and the growing pressure by Cheney and others to bomb Iran.

“This administration has shredded Constitutional protections and is now apparently planning another illegal military strike, this time to bomb Iran and possibly Pakistan,” says Cynthia Mather , a spokesperson for LANIC. “The consequences of such an assault on global well-being and security would be catastrophic,” she said. “Congress is obligated to act before it is too late. But the Democrats are not making any move to stop it, so impeachment is our only recourse.”

“Numbers of protestors and demonstrators from the various groups will be well into the hundreds or in the thousands”, said Peter Thottam, Executive Director of LANIC . “We expect this to be a national day of impeachment visibility, with folks joining from all parts of the country. It is hard to gauge how many will show up, but according to the latest MSNBC poll, of 584,000 people asked if they thought Bush had committed impeachable offenses, 89 per cent said yes! There is a tremendous level of anger and frustration out there. I doubt if our politicians in Washington D.C. have any idea just how much.”

Here’s is an interview with one of the protest leaders:

The antiwar Leftists will march at the end of the parade after the last float!

And, HERE is the official Darth Vader video released by the group to get the Leftists wound up and ready to protest.
Leave it to the Left to sully and politicize another American tradition.

UPDATE——
The Gitmo protesters could not wait until the end of the parade:

UPDATE 2: SHEEHAN GETS BOOED!

Mother Sheehan and dozens of antiwar activists got booed as they marched following the last float in the Rose Bowl Parade today.
The Fresno Bee reported:

Twenty-three people were arrested by Tuesday afternoon, including one protester, Pasadena Police Department Lt. Keith Jones said. Jones said the protester was “arrested for holding up a sign that blocked other patrons view of the parade.”

Dozens of anti-war protesters led by “Peace Mom” Cindy Sheehan staked out spots across from television cameras, hoisting signs reading “Impeachment is Patriotic.”

After the procession’s last float inched out to start along the parade’s 5 1/2-mile route, a group of more than 100 anti-war protesters marched behind it, including Sheehan. Parade watchers sitting in the grandstand booed and yelled at the protesters.

“This is not the occasion for this,” Mary Feichtel, 63, of Florida, said of the protests.

Sheehan spoke later to a gathering of protesters at Pasadena City Hall.

The Pajamahadin says Cindy got no respect.

Sadly, it looked like the Christianists had a better turnout than the Code Pinkos at the end of the parade:
