He was arrested previously three times this year including in September:
10:13 a.m. — Troy Alan Stanley, 44, of 287 Rochester Hill Road, 201, is charged with criminal trespass.
He’s come from a tremendous family and was a tremendous man in this community. He’s had some really hard luck, both with his marriage and financially and losing his brother and some of our other close friends have gone in the past few years.
He wants to talk with Hillary? (Planted question?)

Suspect Bomber: Salt and pepper hair in his 40’s. The suspect is an older male who was well-known locally and has a history of mental illness who told his son today to “watch the news.”

A man with a bomb taped on his side is holding hostages at the Clinton Campaign headquarters in Rochester.

Drudge and WMUR are now reporting:
An armed man has taken people hostage at the Hillary Clinton campaign office in Rochester, police said.
It was not clear how many hostages there were or what weapons the man has. Police have set up a command post near the office on 28 North Main St.
Witness Lettie Tzizik said that she spoke to a woman shortly after she was released from the office by the hostage-taker.
“A young woman with a 6-month or 8-mont-old infant came rushing into the store just in tears, and she said, ‘You need to call 911. A man has just walked into the Clinton office, opened his coat and showed us a bomb strapped to his chest with duct tape.”
Nearby businesses have been evacuated, and the St. Elizabeth Seaton School has been locked down.
“There are sharp shooters on the roof, and police are negotiating with someone in the building,” said another witness, who did not want to be identified. “The police are notifying all the business owners on the street to evacuate. There are fire trucks behind the Hillary Clinton office.”

The incident happened at about 1 p.m. Friday at 28 North Main St. in Rochester. Officials said that a man is holding people hostage at the office, but it is unclear how many people are being held.
There are several police officers positioned across the street from the office, crouched down behind cruisers with guns drawn, according to a reported at the scene.
Nearby businesses have been evacuated, and the St. Elizabeth Seaton School has been locked down.
Clinton, who is not in New Hampshire, is attending a National Democratic Committee meeting in Virginia.

More are held. It is a pipe bomb. The suspect is an older male who was well-known locally and has a history of mental illness who told his son today to “watch the news.”
UPDATE 2: (3:30 CST) Hannity said the son told authorities that his father was drinking for 2 days and strapped 2 flares on his chest.

UPDATE 3: (4:15 CST) FOX News is reporting that he is a paranoid-schizophrenic who has not been on his meds. His ex-wife of 20 years told FOX this news minutes ago.

UPDATE 6: From the WMUR – “Eisenberg was scheduled to appear in Strafford County Superior Court at 1:30 p.m. Friday with his wife for a domestic violence hearing.”
He was just taken away in a police van.
