Shy Osama to Release Tape on 9-11 Anniversary

Maybe this tape will be a new and not something from 2001 or 2002 like the last release!

Osama Bin Laden appeared in a “new” Al Qaeda video clip in July (on left Mansfield) which turned out to be from the same taping as a release in May 2002 (filmed in 2001) scratching his noggin (La Republicca).

This photo looks like one from November 2004.
HERE’s the video from BBC.

YouTube has a full segment from the video released in 2004.
Zombie also has a copy of the video.

You’ll notice that OBL’s shirt is off center in both shots- in the video from 2004 and in today’s photo.

FOX News is reporting:

Terror leader Usama bin Laden plans to address Americans on the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks in a new video, according to a terror monitoring group. (SITE Institute)

A senior U.S. official with knowledge of intelligence affairs tells FOX News that “no one should be surprised to get a message from Al-Qaeda around this time.”

The official could not confirm or deny the authenticity of the images released, but he said “it’s not exactly clear at this point” if the message will be authentic. The official also pointed out that previous messages were later proved to be older footage.

Meanwhile, federal counterterrorism officials are analyzing a posting on an Islamic forum Web site that warns of “a special gift” to be given on the sixth anniversary of Sept. 11, FOX News has learned.

Here’s another view of OBL from HotAir:

He looks like he has a droopy eye… or he’s dead.

Jawa Report has more on the new release which is expected in 72 hours.
