How sad. Authorities found the body of Jessie Davis today in Ohio today.
Her boyfriend is charged with 2 counts of murder.

Update: Authorities are expected to question a woman in Davis’ murder case.

Investigators are expected to question a friend of Bobby Cutts Jr. who may have helped him take the body of Jessie Marie Davis from her Lake Township home to a wooded site in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Cutts has been arrested and will be formally charged Monday with two counts of murder — that of Davis and of the girl she was to give birth to on July 3.
A source who has supported Cutts since Davis went missing on June 13 or 14 said Cutts told him he “came to the house and found her (Davis) lying on the floor. … He called a girl he knows to help him move the body.”
The source said Cutts did not say he had caused Davis’ death, but said he moved the body because he feared no one would believe him.
The anonymous woman is married with children and was also having an affair with Cutts.

The body of Jessie Davis, the pregnant mother who was reported missing on June 15th, was found today in a neighboring Ohio county:
The boyfriend of a missing pregnant woman was arrested on two counts of murder Saturday, and a body believed to be hers was found a week after she vanished from her home, authorities said. Jessie Davis, 26, was due to deliver a baby girl on July 3. Her mother found Davis’ 2-year-old son alone in her home, where bedroom furniture was toppled and bleach spilled on the floor on June 15.
The boy gave investigators their first clues. “Mommy was crying. Mommy broke the table. Mommy’s in rug,” the boy said.
Thousands of volunteers had searched for Davis over several days, while investigators continued to question Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, a Canton police officer, who is the father of Davis’ son. Her family says he also is the father of the unborn child.
Investigators were mum on many details of their work until they announced Cutts was taken into custody Saturday and was to be arraigned on charges of murder in the deaths of Davis and her unborn child.
In an interview with the Canton Rep, Bobby Cutts says, “Everyday is like a nightmare. I haven’t been myself. Everyone who knows me sees I just can’t joke around have fun. It’s just been hell.”
