Introducing the Demablog Network of Activists

The New Demablog is a blog and an international network of democracy activists. Across the world, diverse groups of people are yearning, lobbying, and fighting for democratic government. This new blog tells the story in the words of those struggling in their quest for democracy.

Today Demablog has news on the Syrian Revolution focusing on the bold moves from former Syrian Vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam in the last week. The excellent post was taken from Freedom for Egyptians blog.

Of course, Publius Pundit has been documenting democratic struggles for a year now and continues to lead the internet in democratic commentary from Belarus to Venezuela. Demablog offers another site for those suffering and seeking democratic reform.
