Lebanon Democracy Update

After the setback this week from a show of force by the Hezbollah backers in Lebanon, the democracy revolution is back on a roll. Here is some of the news:

Syria has agreed to remove its military from Lebanon in their meeting today with a tough talking UN official.

And… The troops started to return to Syria.

The ever faithful Publius Pundit has the complete scoop as always.

As for Hezbollah-Hizbullah-Hezbollah???, well, it turned out to be not such a great week after all. They certainly had a huge rally but they didn’t fool the bloggers with their tactics.

Today the EU came down hard on the “terrorist group”.

All of this, after this word came out about their leader.
